The White House - Sheringham

It's 5 mins away from the town, beach and Beeston Bump. This seaside luxury property can host up to 16. The house is newly renovated & furnished. It has 5/6 separate bedrooms, a large kitchen dining area and a further 3 reception rooms. 4.5 bathrooms. Parking. It also has a separate teenage/granny annexe with private kitchen for certain groups - please ask. Hot tub hire separate.

It's a lovely street in a really nice up market area. The town is small and has a good high street feel to it. There's seaside bunting up all year around. Bakers, butchers, candle sticks makers, ice cream sellers line the high street. The beach is a few minutes walk away, as is the town. There is also a nice cliff top walk round the corner to the left and through a walkway. You can see the edge of the cliffs from the front door and glimses of the sea and Beeston Bump in the background.

There's a nearby bus and train station. Norwich airport is 30 minutes away.

Please check your happy with the property within an hour of entry. If your not, for some reason please let us know right away so we can take corrective action.

House rules:
Quiet after 10pm
Guest booking must be over 25 years of age or guarantor in place
The number of guests using the property must be consistent with the number of guests booked.
Family parties and get togethers are ok. No friend based parties unless approved by host.
All payments finalised before first day of stay.
Check you are happy the property is safe for your purpose and supervise all children or vulnerable adults
If you are a single sex group you must consult with the host first.
If the property has been discounted, this is purely as a gesture of goodwill. Any behaviour deemed to be rude, disrespectful or abusive to the host, the housekeeper’s, workmen or the neighbour’s the discount will not apply and you will be liable for the full price.
Pets are welcome we charge an additional £50 per dog
Pragmatic note: This house is a home, not a commercial hotel and it isn’t perfect.
The good news is we’re not expecting a perfect house back. Having said that please look after as best you can.
To manage expectations there will/may be odd personal items left, maybe leftover things like condiments (left for your convenient) etc etc.
Life, kids, people, pets etc create wear and tear will leave clues of their enjoyment in the house despite our best endeavours to the contrary.
We accept this as Airbnb life and you should too.
If this isn’t for you, that’s fine maybe a hotel is a better option. However, my expectation would you cancel before you stay. 😉
