With an uninterrupted view over the Promenade and far out to sea, this fully equipped ground floor apartment is a great place to unwind and relax, yet close to the shops and restaurants. Ground floor: Gate access to patio with front door leading into: open plan Diner/Kitchen/Lounge: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave, Lounge: with small step, TV. Double doors to: 1 double bedroom. Small inner lobby leading to: Shower room: with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Comfortable reading room to the rear.
Please note: Outside: Small paved area to front with a bench from which to admire the view. Amenities: WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase. Superb Location

This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment and it continues to impress. The location is brilliant and the sunrise and sunsets are spectacular The apartment is ideal for two people and very well equipped though some of the items are looking a little tired though are still functional Looking forward to returning next year if possible!

The property is in a wonderful position and has all you would need for a couple. It could do with some refurbishment now such as carpets, curtains and surfacing of the patio area. The chairs in the lounge are not very comfortable. It suffers from some damp and mold due to the age of the property.

Good weeks stay at this lovely apartment on the seafront in Sheringham. Very clean comfortable and well equipped with a good location for the beach, shops and local attractions. Already rebooked for next year.

Absolutely fell in love with little appartment on the promenade , everything you need to hand exceptionally clean , throughout met the owner who is lovely and was keen to know if we had everything we required , only downfall was the very poor customer service from keys cottage estate agents who hold the keys , the lady was rude abrupt and didn’t help with directing us to the NEAREST car park suggesting we park at station car park and that where the conversation ended with her turning her back on me ! On return of the keys an elderly man was having a tongue lashing because he was wearing a mask and she couldn’t understand him !!!! She told him to take his mask off to speak to her , I was just told very abrubtly to place keys on the table no conversation re holiday at all ! I’ve booked for next year but through booking .com . Great holiday max this was the only thing to let it down .
