We both had a truly wonderful stay at The Hillbrook in Sherborne. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly & made us very welcome to everything exceeded our expectations. The studio apartment was exceptional—beautifully presented, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and attention to detail in mind. It felt both luxurious and welcoming, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. The peaceful setting added to the experience, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. Every aspect of our stay reflected care and quality, and it’s clear that a lot of pride goes into maintaining such high standards. The family room was set up in a way where the air conditioning unit was blowing directly onto one of the beds, this made it inpossible to sleep without having a freezing cold breeze. When telling the hotel staff the next morning, the boomer woman at reception didn't seem to care, offered no apology and said "there's nothing we can do about that".
