Spend the day tubing in the river, fishing, or hiking in the Shenandoah National Park or George Washington National Forest. Enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, playing lawn games, or simply sitting and watching the river go by.

There is a deck to suit most—open for sun lovers, covered to keep cool, and a screened porch with festive lights.

The open floor plan joining the kitchen, dining, and living rooms is conducive to spending time together. Settle down in front of the fire place to play a board game or watch TV. For those looking for a separate space, the downstairs offers a large sofa, TV, bathroom, bedroom, and a ping pong table in the garage.

The house sits on a one-acre lot, and includes use of the river front area on the other side of the gravel roadway. To the left and right are forested lots that do not belong to the house, but offer additional privacy to guests.
