This is a new home build in late 2020 contemporary river home, river front with hot tub, firepit with plenty of wood and your own private dock great for fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating and more. Wake up to amazing views every morning. This home is shared by the owner 2 separate levels, upper levels and grounds is all yours to enjoy!!! Very quiet property with no close neighbors on almost 2 acers with large front and backyard areas. Starting June 20th 2026 lower level and garage will be storage only no owner on property!!!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Peaceful Riverfront Retreat

A lovely setting on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. From the rocking chairs on a southern-style covered porch to the immaculate and well-appointed interior, all insured the comfort of our stay. We took advantage of the kitchen and well well-maintained grill on the porch for family meals. Our grand-dog loved the dock and river.

Great place in the river

The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. The river access was perfect for kayaks and paddle boards. Fishing was good, some wineries fairly close, Mr Garcia’s was fantastic Mexican food, Rudy’s Diner was also nice for any meal.

Lovely getaway

This was such a beautiful property! We enjoyed the layout of the living room where the windows allowed us to take in the beauty of the river while still having privacy. If you are looking to fish, have a campfire, or enjoy the hot tub under the stars then this is a great place to do just that!
