The staff is great! Our room had a musty/mildew odor, once in the room we adjusted to the smell. The toilet was shaky, the tank lid was too small for the tank. The bathroom needs an update for sure. Tiles around the tub missing. We always stay here when we visit Shelbyville and thestaff is always friendly and accommodating!

The room/ bathroom were dirty. The toilet had cracks and no caulking around it. Dirty stained sheets. Received a phone call from the front desk about a noise complaint when we were sleeping.

While the front desk attendants were friendly and kind, the bathroom was lacking cleanliness. It was down right disgusting. The floor was so dirty and hair in every corner. It looked like it wasn't cleaned in months. The toilet was not properly bolted down, everytime you got up it moved and thumped. The tub was clogged up with hair and crud. The room itself looked like it was recently painted and new flooring but the beds are on a metal frame and every time you moved it made terrible noise. Breakfast was nothing special. If you wanted milk they had a half of a gallon in the small refrigerator. Kind of strange to us. The napkins were small drink coctail napkins. I think Wyndham corporate needs to pay this location a visit. I'll never stay there again or recommend it ever.
