Gun Lake room situated on a channel-one mile from Baypointe.

This listing is for one bedroom in my home. It has 2 twin beds that can also be snapped together to make a king size bed (all bedding included). The bathroom is not connected but for your use only. You will get a key to your bedroom. There is no kitchen use. Perfect for someone who just needs a clean place to sleep. It is located on a lake so lake use available. Beach towels and life jackets provided. 4 kayaks, and 3 SUP available for use (free), beach chairs, outdoor grill, firepit and table (bring own paper products and condiments). Mini fridge in the bedroom.

I do have a friendly Husky. Please keep your bedroom door shut so he will not bother you or get hair in the bedroom. He rarely barks but does talk to get free pets when you arrive. You are allowed to bring one dog that is fully potted trained and will not chew on furniture or other belongings. There is a dog door in the living room that leads to a fully fenced in yard. Please leash outside of the fenced area and clean up after your dog.

I will meet you and show you the room so please let me know when you expect to arrive. Otherwise I will give you your privacy.

Great Lake Access & Amenities

We really appreciated this rental because they accepted a one-night reservation on short notice, it was a great location for a quick staycation and they provided every possible amenity we could ask for. This included SUPs, kayaks, firepit w/wood, beach towels, pfds and tons of games and activities. Their beach area was absolutely great and the neighborhood charming. The downsides were it wasn't as perfect as the pictures made it look, with so-so construction, paint drips on the furniture, some dirty dishes that were put away as clean, and we quickly ran out of hot water yet had no cold water in the bathroom sink. You'll want to keep in mind this is a renovated garage with the original garage door as one wall (no real wall) and no windows to open for ventilation. If you wanted to run the ceiling fan, you had to have all the bright lights on. While it wasn't perfect, it was a great value if you're more interested in spending your time outside - which we were - and not necessarily in the rental.
