A touch of history! The house is near the historic Shelburne train tracks—the train passes a few times a day, adding a bit of old-world charm. It’s short and never runs at night!

Location, location, location! The home is near Route 7 & Harbor Road, so you may hear some city sounds during rush hour—but in exchange, you’re within walking distance of everything! We provide a sound machine if needed.

Vermont weather ready! We have heat in the winter and a fan & white noise machine for summer nights.
