We were not aware that we had to pay for parking when we booked which was a bit disappointing on arrival to find we had additional costs. However the apartment was really well located for our needs (attending ponds forge) and had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely apartment in Sheffield

Fantastic communication with the management company they were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Well stocked with essential items that you would need during your stay. Fresh bedding and towels available. Very quiet and friendly environment. Although you are unable to park in the complex there is plenty of easy free parking across the street. Great security as well. The location was just right not slap bang in the centre but within comfortable walking distance (20 minutes). Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment.

A well located and well presented apartment. Everything we possibly required had been considered and supplied. The only slight downside is the length process of entering codes to receive the key (imagine a escape room but your trying to get in!) but if you're prepared for this it's a great place to stay.

After arriving at the property and not been able to get in because the photos are that old after 40 minutes of speaking to the lady over the phone and then getting in with the key code going to the apartment after travelling 220 miles to find it an absolute state unclean damp smell and overall untidy had to leave and refusing to give my money back so unhappy about this and there’s nothing more I can do as Shashin the director won’t do anything to refund me and is so rude! don’t stay here not worth the hassle.

We had a problem getting in as we went to the wrong block, our fault. It is the block on the left as you enter the gate. Apartment was very clean and would of happily stayed a few more nights if it had been possible. Sun in the morning on the balcony and a very comfy bed. We had brought our own tea, coffee, shampoo etc but was well stocked anyway. Gladys really helped us out and rang back to make sure we were alright. Would not hesitate to recommend.
