Welcome to our labor of love, ~The Balancing Rock Flat~. Nestled just off the shores of Shediac Bay and minutes from downtown Shediac and Parlee Beach. Our space is a perfect blend of modern comforts and functionality for all travellers alike.

We understand the importance of rest and wanted to create a space that would give others the opportunity to truly unwind. Our home is situated on an acre of land that is surrounded by trees and gardens. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We chose to create a very calming vibe. The two bedrooms are modestly decorated. We focused our efforts on ensuring our queen size beds are incredibly comfortable by offering 100% cotton sheets, along with a cozy and soft mattress cover that adds an extra level of comfort for those who appreciate it, along with different degrees of pillow firmness to ensure that everyone gets a pillow that is right for them. The couch in the living room pulls out into another queen size bed - there is also a luxurious mattress topper for this sleeping accommodation too. Although the dining room set is for four people, there are two comfortable stools located at our breakfast bar. The smart tv is ready to connect with any of your streaming accounts should you choose this. Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and if there is something that has been forgotten please don’t ever hesitate to reach out so that we can try and make things right!

There is a platform style patio with a privacy wall that has been designated for our guests.

I have a wellness studio in my living space where I offer energy treatments working with various modalities, along with nutritional and lifestyle coaching. Those who are interested in booking a session can contact me directly for availability and fees.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Malgré le confort et la propreté des lieux et la gentillesse des proprios, nous nous sommes fait réveiller deux matins a 6h15 et le dernier matin a 4h par les occupants a letage. C'est tôt pour des personnes en vacances!!! Aussi, il aurait été apprécié d'avoir une table assez grande pour 4 pour pouvoir manger a l'extérieur.

Property was really nice and clean. It’s kids friendly; board games, books and all. The only thing is that it’s in the basement so we don’t have really nice view through the windows but you can go outside to enjoy the view and you have access to the garden. Keep in mind, there is no A/C or dishwasher.

Nous avons vécu une expérience exceptionnelle dans cet appartement! L'appartement est tout neuf, spacieux et très bien divisé. Situé au sous-sol, il offre une température fraiche, même en plein été. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très bien équipées et les propriétaires ont pensé à plusieurs belles attentions pour les clients (nombreux livres et jeux mis à la disponibilité, serviettes de plage, etc). Les lits et le canapé-lit sont très confortables. Les communications avec les propriétaires sont toujours faciles, rapides et agréables. Nous n'avons rien à redire sur cette superbe expérience.
