At the moment I stepped inside the hotel I realized that great service and personnel team they got. Even if you are checking in to early they help you to get it faster. Such a great gusts at the bar the pool was fabulous relaxing poolbar with a waterfall in the back at you a moment you don’t wanna miss. The rooms was clean and peaceful I recommend the 3floor with view over the pool they have that big balcony you can get golden and shine look. The team is very helpful and help you if it needed to feel comfortable and home in Virginia hotel
We Celebrated our Anniversary in this lovely hotel 2 weeks ago, we enjoyed every minuut in this hotel.. Thanks to all especially Samara who is doing a very good Job, thanks again for a great week, will see u all again!!
I just love this place. It has it all, nice pool, big rooms with terrace, fantastic night shows, 2 of the best beaches in Sharm, nice and heplful staff. A vacation to remember, thank you all Verginia team. I'll be back again for sure.
The hotel looks like it was a great place when it was opened. Everything looks old and used, the rooms smell and are very noticeably old -- rusty, stains, etc. Food is good but is the same for the whole week (I was actually happy about it). Alcohol choice is very poor and alcohol is served from plastic bottles. Some juice-like thing is served from Sprite bottle, etc. Pool area is nice! Loud music is played the whole day in the pool area though. The staff definitely doesn't seem to know much about customer service / waitering, so don't expect much. In addition to Egyptian Arabic, most of the staff speaks Russian, some speak English as well. If you think that you're going to a 4-star all-inclusive hotel you'll be disappointed (heard some of the guests yelling at the receptionists about not agreeing to stay in the rooms). Wifi is paid after the 3rd day. However, we were prepared that we'll get what we paid for and we were not disappointed and had a good time! The hotel is super cheap considering the nice pool area and all the food being included. Recommendation: expect to get what you pay for and keep your expectations reasonable. Also, use local money, everything will be cheaper.
The hotel is a cozy place to stay. It is built like a cup and everything is within easy reach. It has good facilities, nice food, friendly welcoming staff, creative room service, beautiful views, a great beach and all of it for a very good price. Good entertainment and 3-day free wi-fi is provided. The mosquitos are almost eliminated. Great management.
I have stayed 2 times in this hotel ,really excellent hotel at all ( helpful staff, very good location, tasty food ,excellent cleanliness ,super animation team , wonderful guests from all over the world) Really I will come back to this hotel again and again
Just had a 2 day stay at Verginia hotel , it's really pretty the swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing and the food is very tasty & delicious these are the good points the bad points for me was the steep stairs to the swimming pool / restaurant area it's not good for disabled people and the bedrooms were a little tired and dated but that didn't no 4th her me to much as I only paid £8 a night all inclusive. What I really found irritating was that I paid all inclusive and I couldn't get any diet drink I explained to them I'm diabetic and I can only drink zero/diet I was told by reception to go to the supermarket & buy my own which I did after I got thirsty.
So I have just got home from 4 weeks stay here and a very happy man! Well apart from the fact that I had to leave friends and the sun :-( It's not my first time in this hotel and won't be the last! The staff are all friendly make you feel at home especially as I was a solo traveler staying for so long always greated by staff on a daily basis! The rooms were accommodating the bed worked, shower worked and so did the toilet all cleaned daily by a friendly cleaner. Pool area seemed clean plenty of sun beds and a kids pool for the little ones :-) yes the water was a little cold but that's normal this time of year it never stopped me being first in on a daily basis! FOOD always plenty of food the salads and vegetable dishes seemed to stay pretty much the same then on a daily basis the meat and fish dish changed so I have come home fatter ;-) Last but not least my good friends the animation team around the pool most of the day playing games, teaching dancing getting everyone to mingle which always helps due to the fact all guests are multi national but language barrier doesn't stop the fun! (never see another English person in 4 weeks) then evening time they have a show that changes each evening comedy, fire show, games and so on then a disco and offer to accommodate to local night clubs as well I'm not sure if they actually sleep so very thankfully! All in all for the price I will be back can't wait for the direct flights to open from England thank you
It was a wonderful stay. But if you're visiting you should keep in mind that Sharm el Sheik just had a low point and right now they are building themselves up again. We stayed in a standard room and had all-inclusive. Pros: - The staff was friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for more information or had a problem (for example the TV remote batteries were empty) they were ready to solve the problems immediately. - The food was good and we could get our tummies full every time. - The room was nice and big. We stayed on the third floor, in one of the rooms with big balconies. - The inner area was lovely and beautiful, good for having a day for just sunbathing and relaxing. - Busses which take you to two different beaches - normal beach and coral beach. However, I rated this hotel a little lower than I wanted to, because of some cons: - Our room was bit dusty and the balcony floor was very dirty. - The food was quite dull, meaning it didn't vary too much during our stay. BUT it didn't annoy us because it was still fulfilling. - Almost all the nightly programs were in Russian only, but most of the guests were also Russian speaking. - The wi-fi was very moody and didn't work well for us. We were given 3-day wifi cards, after that you had pay. The passwords only work on one device. Besides all this, I was very happy with our stay, because we weren't looking for THE best hotel experience. For that I would recommend choosing a 5* hotel.
