Great hotel location , with professional staff and good food . Rooms are not bad but they need more amenities in the toilets and the hotel need more maintenance and ambiance . The hotel has an excellent sandy beach for snorkeling and relaxing . You should add more items on the breakfast, thank you for the lovely vacation we had last week. I really recommend this hotel because of the location near naama bay and soho square and everything.
The hotel have an excellent sand beach, great for snorkeling. Large resort, large rooms, I stayed on the lowest level by the beach. Rooms are spacious. It does not look luxurious on the inside of the room, I would rate it 4 stars by international standards. Sauna is good, jacuzzi not as fancy, you can see weeds grown on the borders of the jacuzzi pool. Food is average, there is only one restaurant. Location, you need taxi to go to any place around the area. Pool, huge disappointment, a very small pool relatively. When there is wind, you have to use a very tiny pool. Overall it was okay
It is true that Sharm is experiencing a terrible tourist crisis, abandoned by Italians and Russians who were flooding it in the past year. And this hotel is the evidence of what’s going on. Huge structure, probably 30y old, with only a small fraction of its rooms booked by guests. On the paper sheet you are given at the check-in they still mention 20 bars and restaurants, but we found only one self-service and two bars (this is not fair, at the legal edge of a fraud). Quality of food raw materials was low, meaning they try and save money on anything. Even a simple orange juice was diluted and watery. It’s known that finding decent meals in Egypt is a hard exercise, but the dishes offered here at the buffet were frankly embarrassing. Room was large and with nice view, but linen and towels old and stiff. Furniture showed its years, but even the shower curtain was rusty, spotted, rotten. Air conditioning so noisy...Small empty fridge pretty dirty. And I was on an SPG floor!! The message is clear: we hv no money to invest in redecoration or refurbishment. Used glasses were left on the corridors for days. The same cigarette butt on the same stair step for days. The greenery of the resort, once lush, is now abandoned, also on the balconies. I took a few days before writing these lines, as disappointment was total. Not in line with Sheraton standards, as it looked like a soviet era resort, more than a Sheraton one: and the imploring eyes of the waiters and the staff, looking for (sometimes even insisting) a tip was a logical frame to the picture. If it goes on like that for a while, it may soon become a place for archeological tourism...
The place has a good location spacious rooms and very clean place and smiling staff but poor amenities... there is no shower caps in the room or slippers or bath robes . The breakfast stands are not located properly for example all grilling and omlette stands are on the terrace and no sign is thus inside... They are expensive for no reason so you need to bring water with you though they provide you with two small bottles on daily basis. Tap water is not drinkable as it has a smell ... The meeting space and service is average and you will freeze in the meeting room ... It is an OK place but far from 5 stars ..
It’s a beautiful beachfront property. It has his own private beach. Lot of water sports. Staff was overall very courteous. Lot of food selection at all the buffet meals. It gives very open feeling. It’s a huge property with even villas to rent.. unfortunately due to lack of tourist coming to Sharm El Sheikh Sheraton is facing the same problems. The property is going down due to lack of maintenance. Even in the room, only very basic things were provided. Sofa was filthy. No slippers in the room. Tour desk people were trying to flee as much money possible. We as a group of four tried to book few activities but guy name, Ahmed kept changing the rate & tried to confuse us. He charged us more then a group rate was already established. Once w realized we had to practically fight and spoke to owner to get the refund..
The site of this hotel is amazing, the rooms are big and comfortable and very clean , the staff is very friendly and helpful specially the animation team who helped us to make our time very funny and exciting ..... Thank you rock alona and all the staff and the manager 😍😍❤
It was my first journey abroad. I was living in this hotel for two weeks. I met a lot of wonderful people there. I loved everything in this place: kitchen, sea, food, waves. If you have kids you can take them with yourself. They will love this place too because there are a lot of send on the beach and water is warm enough. Also, I ate a lot of specific dishes while I was living in this area. My favorite dish was Ori Do not worry. If you want to taste it, you need to visit this place! Have a nice trip!!!
