Disliked: Cleanliness
Let us book back in may, had no contact I messaged on day of travel to double check out to enter the apartment but no reply contacted vrbo to find out that the can’t accommodate us! If I didn’t contact them I would have been stuck in the dark with 4 kids and no where to stay.
