We had no room in the hotel when we arrived. They transferred us to a different hotel which was really bad. Rooms smelling bad not cleaned at all. Cockroaches in bathroom, dirty linen a nightmare.

The place is not what is in the booking is absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty all that was shown and old and falling apart. This place should not be even open. Stay far from it!!! The guy at the reception though is helpful and trying to do a job but is out of logic to sell rooms which are dirty

I have book the hotel 23 of February 25.through Expedia website,but when I reach hotel manager said your booking is cancelled,by the time we contact to Expedia to ask why my booking is cancelled I want to know,They tried to contact hotel manager but he didn’t answer the phone,After 2 hours,manager said ok I have refund your money but If you need room you have to pay again,unfortunately I had paid again,When I came back to UK I had contacted Expedia for my refund money but they said hotel not refunding money,So I lost my money,Please don’t book though Expedia to Star Regency hotel Sham El shak,Egypt,

Banheiro nojento, sem água quente, até sem água fria em alguns momentos, comida horrível, sujo, lixo acumulado no corredor dos quartos, falta de iluminação noturna no corredor, ralo entupido. Richtige schlechte, gefährlich schmutzige keine Erstattung, wir sind 2 erwachsenen und 3 Kinder . Wir sind gekommen ohne zu schlafen die ganze Nacht und hat bei uns keine Zimmer gegeben trotzdem Reservierung, die Foto stimmt nicht , ist eine richtige Mull Hotel stink nach Fisch , voll Katze keine Wasser in der Toilette, keine Toilette Papier, die rezeptionist Schlaf auf Sofa, die Köchen auf die treck , igiene gefähr
