nice beach and sandy and the resturant is nice but all family catch hot tube rash from the swimming pool because of low cholorine level in the water.the service is good but very little types of food in ketichn
One of my favorite hotels in Sharm El-Shiekh, warm hospitality full of chearful faces. It's not one of the most luxurious hotels but two main purposes to count it very special, first is its centeric location at Naama bay and second thing is its sandy beaches. People here is doing a great job in cleaning and maintenance but the place needs to be renewed, I'm a regular guest and the place didn't change for more than 13 years. Food& beverages are moderate to good nowadays, while it was perfect before. One main bad comment here, the swimming pool is of very bad water quality and maintenance in the preferred area. Overall it's a place I love to go and spend time with my family at least twice a year.
The hotel is dated , however the location is the best ... in the center of of Nama bay ! The best and positive experience was at the Italian restaurant, I was there 6 night out of 6 ..-:) Chef danile is doing a superb and remarkable job ! Impressive seafood spaghetti , parmigiana melanzane and great risottos! What more ? Is always there to make sure that all the guest a happy and coming back ! Is a great and talented chef ! Rest was ok , Hk team was great making sure that all was in perfect shape and clean ! Thanks all team Hope to come back next year -:)
Overall, it wasn't too bad. The rooms are decent in size and they are willing to provide you with what you need. The room service was great , we stayed in building #24, Ahmed was great in cleaning the rooms. The first day the were asked for the sheets and bed comfort to be changed again as there was hair allover the comfort so he came and changed everything. The towels were always clean and the floor was cleaned with Dettol (antiseptic and disinfectant). The restaurant was okay. Some suggestion in spraying and cleaning the tables would make a huge difference. The tables were sticky most of the times. However, I should mention that the guests are very rude to the workers and they eat like they will never eat again, leaving a lot of mess behind. This puts the workers to continuously moving plates without having a chance to clean the tables. My rating for the hotel is only 4 stars because of the guests not the service. I have seen in multiple occasions, the guests talking to the waiter like a slave, absolutely no manners. I don't know how can this be fixed. My advice to you if you consider to stay in this place PLEASE talk nicely to them and RESPECT them (they are not your servants, in fact some might have a Bachelor degree). I have seen some people talk to them in a very non respectful way.
Very bad hotel , receptions personal is very rude. I do not recommend this hotel any more. The rooms are too far from the center of the hotel that, I should walk an 800 meters distance from my room to the restaurant and the pool.
We stayed one night wanting to be in the center of Naama Bay, after spending one week in a Red Sea diving liveaboard, which was by far the better experience. Some of the issues we faced overnight are: 1- check in took more than an hour. Apparently they did not have our booking even though we have a booking.com confirmation. Finally they gave us rooms that are half a mile away from the reception. 2- When we needed a club car to return to our rooms at night, there were none available as there is only one driver, while there were several staff inside and outside the lobby doing nothing. Six or seven club cars and one driver! We had the same long wait in the morning going and getting back from breakfast. 3- rooms did not have any towels, nor any shampoo, let alone any other toiletries. 4- Airport shuttles does not operate between 8am and 12 noon. So if your flight departs at 12 noon, as it was in our case, you had to take the 8 am shuttle! When we spoke to the hotel manager, his answer was that the shuttle is based on flights to and from Cairo, and the hotel does not cater a shuttle service for any other flights! We had to take a hotel limousine at our own expense. So there was an airport shuttle, just not for none-Cairo guests. 5- Hotel staff have no interest in hospitality and operate as if it was a government institution. 6- Security gates at the hotel entrance are completely useless as staff did nothing to screen in comers. A very scary thought! 7- No free wifi in the rooms. 6- Overall experience was bad, and would not even recommend this hotel for my mother in law.
I visited this hotel with my family in June and we really loved it. Great location in Naama bay, amazing sandy beach and excellent service. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help whenever we needed it. Food was okay.. no complaints. Perhaps the rooms need some renovation... However, with the little amount we paid for full package it was absolutely perfect and really worth it! I would certainly come back to this lovely hotel.
Great place, awesome location in the heart of naama bay, nice staff, very suitable for wheelchairs even the beach has spots for the wheelchairs Loved it would definitely come here again Prices in ramadan are good, elsewise a bit high
It was great vacation we ever spent with their very friendly staff and great services, Sandy beach, excellent all inclusive concept with it's a special food quality, good rooms, the hotel is very clean, special care for every single guest, it's really memorable vacation.
The Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino is excellent hotel with a great services, very friendly staff; well trained and friendly, the hotel has a very special sandy beach with a very good location of Naama Bay, very good quality of food. Thanks so much of provided us very special experience.
