The resort provides excellent services including f&b, entertainment, activities, tours, cleaning, and many others. A couple of items, however, I would like to mgmt attention. At two different occasions, I noticed the head chef speaking in an abusive and demeaning manners to the staff. One time he called them “are you stupid” where to my surprise the staff kept silent. This is indicative of poor leadership. At another occasion, the head chef was speaking loudly to the staff. Hope action is taken to mitigate this observation. One other thing I want to bring to the attention of mgmt was the dancer’s behavior on Sunday night, 26 April. The dancer was more interested in collecting tips than entertaining. She had a baby put his hand on her breast which I thought was repugnant and is not befitting of a family environment. I want to commend the waiters, life guards, housekeepers, dining facility service staff. I would recommend this facility to those who are seeking relaxing time and fun.

The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh was unforgettable, and this resort exceeded all expectations! Our room in the Luxor building (top level) was spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Mohammed, whose attention to detail and creative towel origami made our stay extra special. The resort had everything—beautiful pools, a fun aqua park, and a stunning beach. A highlight was learning archery with Piero, whose energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun. Our daughter loved the kids’ club, thanks to Rym’s warmth and care. The entertainment team was outstanding, especially Victor, whose charisma and passion lit up every show. From start to finish, the staff’s warmth and hospitality made all the difference. With top-notch service, great facilities, and delicious food, this resort left a lasting impression. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended!

Great hotel great place to stay clean nice pools nice beach and had nice reception staff I have a perfect 5 on all categories except service , only downfall is every time I go to get a drink I line up in a six person line and Russian ladies walk straight up to the bar pass every one in the line and just order and get served no one says a thing . Happened to much but it seems it happens in all the hotels as I stayed in

Wonderful Hotel made so due to the friendly attentive staff and professional hard working animation team. Even during renovations the gardening team are keeping all areas neat and tidy. Would certainly recommend Magic World to anyone wishing to have a happy stressfree holiday.

The Hotel, staff, food and environment is excellent. A great place to relax and unwind. I stay here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The only one thing that could make the hotel even better would be to modernise which it currently is doing, Every room is spacious and clean, and all the facilities are superb.

Wonderful Hotel with the most amazing staff from Managers down to cleaners. Huge choice of food and the animation team the best in the world. Their shows in the amphitheatre are equally as good as the top London events. Only downside is the long walk to the open sea and so-so snorkelling. Excellent value for money.

NO WIFI OUTDATED ROOMS

This hotel DOES NOT have WiFi throughout the hotel. Infact it has no WiFi in the rooms and only in reception and parts of the lobby. This is ridiculous because it advertises as WiFi throughout the hotel so it’s false advertising. I booked a premium room with pool view. My room was terracotta colour not white as advertised and in room 12301 a massive palm tree was blocking the pool view. do no stay here!!

This was my second visit to this resort and I was not disappointed. The grounds are green and well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even prior to my arrival I contacted the resort and they were able to accommodate all my needs and address my questions. Thank you, Mohamed Hefny, Marawan Tarek and the rest of the team for making my stay comfortable. Entertainment team is working tirelessly to make the leisure pleasant and fun. Huge thanks to Lucas, Artiem, Masha, Vlad, Uliana, Dasha, Ksusha, Aliona, Max and Sasha. You guys are amazing! The only challenge I had is the Wi-Fi. It was a little week in my room. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back.

We had a great time, pampered to the max by dedicated staff members. Check in was smooth, rooms spacious, pools are great and not over crowded. The restaurant chefs are v professional and plenty of vanities are always present. The animation team is interactive. Seif from the animation team, Yahia and Belal are saying “c ya soon” 👍
