We had an amazing holiday in this hotel! First thanks to Mohamed Gaballlah who was very professional and kind. Mohamed ... You are AWESOME! The rooms have very incredible sea view and our whole experience was complete happiness & satisfaction. Thanks to all the staff they were polite and helpful. Also thanks to the chef of the dinner ,every night the menu was healthy and different. The food is A++. Don’t hesitate to go there ! We will come back soon , very soon!
Le Meridien is a lovely hotel, amazing location on the Red Sea, friendly people,great services Lovely swimming pool and clean rooms. I recommend this hotel for people searching for high class service Thanks all
First we booked through the phone because we are Egyptians and they said all rooms are sea view and we received an email saying partial sea view the disaster was after a drive for 7 hours we arrive at the Lobby to check in and the guy there was old and veryyyy rude and not helpful at all as we wanted to upgrade to a Deluxe room and he said there were no rooms available at the moment.They gave us room 908 so we opened the balcony to see the view and I was shocked with a big grey wanter tank in my face, a pillow case wasn’t ironed, basket bin was broken and only half of a toilet roll available, so we went back to the rude old guy complaining and asking for another room then after lots of arguing that no way we’d accept such a room then they showed us a room in the 700s and it was same case no sea view and it’s a grey water tank view 😤😤😤😤😤 and then we said we will stay one night and leave and when we said that They started saying that next day rooms in 600s direct view will be available and we really trusted them that there were no 600s available rooms. Then we went out after dinner to check other hotels incase they didn’t give us a better room and we were going to pay the extra money for the deluxe room ofcourse. During dinner time we heard lots and lots of complains from guests in 100s room 4 different guests and 1 bug family in 3 rooms complaining that there was no hot water and broken knobs and light problems and we got anxious from hearing those complains. We came back to the hotel at 12am and we were getting ready to sleep, because we were dead tired and here comes the most horrific moment in my life when I turned the pillow to sleep and found like a blood stain 😡😡😡😡😡😡 We got so furious, angry and disgusted and then we found other couple of unknown stains on the bed cover, sheets and the runner. My husband went down with the pillow and the night manager was veryyyy provocative insisting that it was us staining the pillow as we checked in at 6:30pm and we got them the pillow at 12:30am and that we have to pay for the night which we didn’t even use the room (steam was coming out of my years when I heard his hideous claims) then after many arguments and debates and bringing the housekeeping to see themselves and they admitted it’s a mistake but the problem for me now was that Le Meridien Dahab has a cleaning problem how can i sleep in such a hotel then the night provocative manager said he can give us a room in the 600s Deluxe rooms (which they claimed earlier that there were no available rooms at all) My husband asked him what will happen if the sheets were dirty as well as our 908 room and the claimed night manager said he will refund the money so we went to check room 605 and infront of everyone there were stains on the pillow and again on the bed covers so I totally refused and left the room disgusted as hell. Rooms 605 and 621 had light problems and key problem too.Then at last at 2:00am they agreed to refund the money and my husband said we have to pay for our dinner because to be honest the waiters were veryyyyy friendly specially ‘Mahmoud’ as well as the cart car driver ‘Ahmed’ was super friendly. It’s too bad and makes me reallyyyyy sad that such a lovely location on the sea in Dahab and the lovely hotel structure is ruined by POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR MAINTENANCE and POOR CLEANLINESS!!!
Wish we would have longer to stay here...a Wonderful Resort over looking the Red Sea. Would love to go back. Great Rooms, showers, inside and outside, clean, great staff......Wonderful Beach. Camels on the Beach
The location of the hotel was great, rooms were nice and clean and the sea view was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was okay but it could be better you should offer more varieties, the air conditioning wasn’t working very well but it didn’t bother us that much .. we enjoyed our stay there and sure we will be coming back very soon ❤️

More than marvelous resort. You will find everything you need. If you plan to have days away in quite remote place, you should check in here. Thank you for all staff for kindness and generosity. I will come back again and again and always.
Each time Have been there found something nicer than before ( food was excellent plus staff was very friendly) It was perfect accomidation, room was beautiful plus food was Tasty Sand Beach was amazing....

Was one of the best vacation I have ever had. The staff is perfect. They were helpful, friendly and so polite and funny. The restaurant is clean and big, the outside view is spectacular and so enjoyable than inside. The food is okay, no much choices but tasty. Pools are good and clean, there is sea water pools. Rooms are clean and big. The sea view was amazing, you will enjoy swiming. Mostly, I loved my stay because of the staff. All are helpful, mangers are working next to all the staff. The restaurant's staff are way energetic and smiling all the time. The reception's staff are quick, polite and smiling welcoming you. The pool's staff were trying to make our time at the pool comfortable and easy. I will always recommend Le merdian dahab resort for all my friends.
