Fabulous location with a failed management.

The lobby is suitable for a 2 stars hotel as well as the staff.. The rooms next to the main swimming pool are nice. The rooms next to the heated swimming pool in the 3-storey building can only be a rooms in a highway motel. the back rooms balcony are facing wall. Bring your towel with you, Where the house keeping are returning the same towels without clean. Most meals dishes will not be available within one hour of mealtime If you want any service you have to pay tips (baksheesh) to get a reasonable service.

Vacanza bellissima

Ho provato vari hotel che si affacciano su naama bay e questo è il mio preferito. Alcune stanze sono da rinnovare e lo stanno facendo, il personale, soprattutto al ristorante, è meraviglioso, sempre pronti ad accoglierti con un sorriso. Si è direttamente in spiaggia ed è una spiaggia tranquilla, senza animazione con musica a volume altissimo come altre spiagge. Pulita e controllata. Piscine bellissime per chi ha bambini. Consiglio di fare all inclusice e chiedere bene prima cosa sia incluso e cosa non lo sia perche ogni extra viene fatto pagare anche eccessivamente a volte. Se pensate qualcosa non vada bene, fatelo presente e cercheranno di venirvi incontro.

Lo consiglio ma palestra inagibile

A parte un’ incomprensione iniziale all arrivo sul check in risolta brillantemente da Hotels.com direi che il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L hotel è in un ottima posizione attaccato al mare e sulla passeggiata di naaba bay in una zona tranquilla ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal pieno centro. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale sia al ristorante che alla reception in particolare è stato eccezionale avere moahmed che parlava italiano perché spesso si è rivelato molto utile. Ristorante molto ampio anche se il cibo era molto speziato quindi non l ho apprezzato particolarmente ma in compenso ottime le zuppe e i dolci. Animazione eccezionale e molto coinvolgente. Unice pecche la pulizia e l’ area giochi bimbi molto minimale e con scivoli rotti. Nel siti dice di esserci la palestra invece è completamente inagibile purtroppo e questo è stato un vero peccato , manca anche l animazione per i bambini perché a parte 30 minuti di balli la sera purtroppo non c era animazione dedicata solo a loro anche se comunque erano sempre ben accetti in tutte le attività e spesso le animatrici giocavano con loro in spiaggia. Soggiornato 10gg dal 11al 21 marzo 2017- hotel gradevole camere pulite e spaziose personale gentilissimo ed anche i manager....quando non c'è qualcosa bisogna chiederlo e si fanno in quattro per soddisfarti. Unica pecca non essendo pieno alcuni servizi erano ridotti. cucina araba e a volte internazionale....bisogna amare le spezie ed adattarsi.ma si mangia i cuochi cercano di soddisfare tutti...in questo periodo forse per mancanza di gente c'era poca varietà di frutta marmellate e formaggi... abbiamo aprrezzato molto "la non confusione e ammasso" silenzio si dormiva benissimo.... ps... materassi ottimi davvero!! avendo girato tantissimo..è il primo hotel dove abbiamo trovato materassi ortopedici duri da star bene e non sfondati!!
