The service was great. The people were nice despite language challenges. It’s insane how they work round the clock with a smile. The bathrooms could have been more updated, with occasional challenges for hot showers. Food was good, and weather was amazing. Kids loved the aqua park which was our main reason for choosing this resort.

Food tastes good but repetitive. The Spa is okish but funny how disposable pant are not provided and the weirdest thing is having to wear bra. So, take your beach bra with you because I had to wear my normal bra while my body was being scrubbed. Been to spas in different countries and never experienced anything like this. The suite we were given was so dusty but cleaner sorted it out after complaining. Thanks to (cleaner ALI), he made sure our room was clean throughout our stay. Staff are nice and helpful. Good for family with children.

Amaxing family hotel

Excellent hotel with brilliant waterpark that the kids loved. Evening entertainment was ok for kids. The staff were great especially the lifeguards who had a great rapport with thd kids. Food was good- plenty of choice and the kids enjoyed it. Our only downside was they were doing some work on the grounds just outside while we were there which meant i was woken early by the noise (7am) - however we were just unlucky with the timing of when we were there and they had to start early to beat the heat. Overall an excellent hotel and would return.

Residents leave their plastic bottles, glasses, papers and so on on the grass, which is chocking. Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.

We booked a vacation on an all-inclusive basis, but in fact the hotel asked for extra charge on basic things as well. Staff are brilliant. First time someone has actually got the Firestick working in the room when I’ve had a problem, although Wi-Fi in room is hot and miss but good in other area. Food is ok, but my omelette was an egg as they had run out of cheese ham mushrooms etc. shower is warm at best. Got the football on via bein sports at the bar. Shuttle bus to beach drops you at entrance of another charmillion hotel and then it’s about 300 metres to the beach where your AI is still valid. Good quality hotel where the staff are so attentive. Great aqua park slides for kids and adults. For £46 all inclusive a night single person it’s difficult to complain

Pros: large property and good swimming pools and slides. Entertainment team try hard for guests. Cons: standard rooms not big enough for family of 4- they ask for extra cost when checking and upgrade. Cleaners ok, not a deep clean everyday. The worst: food! Bland, nothing for vegetarians except pizza/pasta/chips and salad. 2 al carte restaurants also has same type of food and nothing to rave about. Reception staff - terrible service and attitude I would avoid this hotel.

Had a great stay with my family (Aug 2022). Hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful especially Antonyos Sedik. Hotel rooms are very spacious and cleaned very well everyday. Aqua is fabulous with many slides for all kids ages. Pools very clean and facilities are excellent. Spa and GYM are great. The only downside is 2 things: 1. No Wifi at all in rooms and facilities. 2. Restaurant is awful, food quality is very bad and the restaurant is NOT clean. I had an all inclusive package but could not eat at the restaurant. So you better go for bed and breakfast booking.

not much food for vegetarian or vegan People. they dont sign out exactly what there is for food for example. thre was spinach but with meat inside and you couldnt see it , only when you eat it and thats not nice. Salad is with cheese or fish or meat, its not really veganfriendly.The coffee is very bad. normaly in egyp you get nice turkish coffee but this coffee is just sour
