Nice autumn break during half term.

We had an excellent stay at a decent price too. Metro supermarket was ever so handy just outside as is the atm and phone stores for voda & orange (opposite) & etisalat (next to Metro) had only one complaint which was immediately raised with hotel management and that related to taxi fares being hyper inflated however the hotel manager immediately offered complimentary transport to the airport as a genuine apology so that was resolved too. We enjoyed halal mcDonalds as well not far either. Weather was up to 30degrees so just lovely. Son enjoyed seeing all the fish, crabs & starfish. Would recommend you bring your snorkel gear as perfect opportunity here.

Avoid this hotel, it is a tourist trap!!!

This is literally one of the worst place We have stayed in terms of customer care. Main issue, is that personal just don’t care about customer. For example: A) they don’t answer the reception phone. When we got there and asked them why, employee literally told us “no one answers it”. B) air conditioning in room not working (talking about 35 degrees), despite raising the problem nothing done. C) SPA not available in renovation, GYM not available in renovation… at least there was a pool.

Yet another amazing stay in Nabq, SSH.

An amazing stay at a fabulous hotel. The hotel is situated in the prime Nabq area of Sharm el Sheikh. We had a deluxe pool view room, and from our ground floor terrace, it was no more than 10 steps to our sun loungers. Sami, the towel guy is amazing! He makes towel pillows for guests and enjoys a chat. He’s one in a million and will look after you well. We were up early each morning, we’d put our own towels out (before he’d even started work), and by the time we came back from breakfast, he’d worked his magic for an extra comfortable relaxing time in the sun. Milad on the bar was another fantastic worker. We tipped him a couple of dollars in the first couple of days, and he brought drinks over throughout the day. He would even bring me my Coke Zero if I went and sat on our terrace! Directly outside of the hotel gates there’s a metro supermarket where you can buy anything and everything at a fraction of the price of the hotel shops. Directly across the road was La Strada, with a whole host of shops and restaurants if you fancy a change of food. We visited Arab Bucks on our final night and paid £18 for a pizza to share as a starter, two main courses, one being the mixed grill, along with two glasses of red wine and a Coke Zero. With the exchange rate being 65LE to the £1, you can get a lot for your money. If you want to buy alcohol for your room, there is a Duty Free shop at La Strada. However you can only buy from there within the first 48 hours of arriving in SSH.

One of the worst experience, no room service everytime i ring and say hello they disconnect dont even bother to call back never cleaned our rooms 2 days in a row theynshould change the name to aurora russian hotel they love the russians they litrally run all over the place for them i thouhht its a muslim country run by muslim people but no the hotel staff moody keep everytime they think id left my wife alone they knock on my room door for nothing they knocked mt room door on Thursday snd friday altogether 14 times but when i said about cleaning they said yes yes thats it food is terrible dont even know where to start its like your staying in a room away from thr hotel they dont dpeak to you dont say anything have angry faces you ask them questions they give you replies you wanna slap them they are so lucky i was with my wife all im saying if your muslim dont go here this is aurora russian hotel and the service i got and i have proof its appalling this is a 3 star hotel nothing more no animations no heated pool no room service no cleaning of the rooms when i wanted to leave they begged and said sorry etc but im sorry this was not worth my stay at all the only nice people was the security that it i wish hotel gave me a refund i woildve moved hotels they love russians if your speaking to them and a russian walks in they make you aait and run to them like its gold WORST HOTEL EVER BIG LIARS

La struttura è molto bella e curata, la pulizia al top. La spiaggia è ampia e attrezzata ma manca un po' di pulizia. Le acque sono poco profonde bene per le famiglie con bimbi, non per chi vuole nuotare. C'è un pontile, ma con una piccola zona per nuotare. La distanza dall'edificio principale per arrivare alla spiaggia è un bel po' ci vogliono circa 10 min di camminata, con pochi scalini. Ci sono 3 piscine, una con un piccolo scivolo per i bambini e un'altra piccola relativamente vicina alla spiaggia. La stanza ampia, arredata semplice ma con tutto quello che serve e un bagno ampio con vasca, tutte hanno un piccolo balcone o cortiletto. Il ragazzo che ha fatto le pulizie è stato stupendo, ogni giorno ci lasciava una scultura di asciugamani diversa e carina sul letto. Il personale in generale è gentile e a differenza di altri posti non sono pesanti con le mance o il cambio di monete. Il cibo è buono, varietà e in generale saporito senza esagerare. Ora, la ragione del perché ho abbassato un po' avevamo prenotato il transfer, ma al nostro arrivo in aeroporto non c'era dopo più di un'ora e una mail per avvertire, abbiamo preso un taxi. Al nostro arrivo, l'impiegato con chi avevo scambiato le mail, ha provato a dirmi che era colpa mia che l'autista era stato li ecc. L'altro problema è che nonostante io abbia pagato una differenza per una stanza con vista parziale mare mi hanno dato una vista strada. Dopo l'incontro con l'impiegato ho lasciato stare. non volevo rovinare le vancanz

Espace vaste et agréable doté d'un magnifique jardin agrémenté de piscines et bassins. Personnel attentionné et dévoué, chambres spacieuses et confortables. Excellent Wifi gratuit dans toute la zone, contrairement à d'autres établissements. Repas de qualité sous forme de buffet varié dont la forme change à chaque service. Belle et bonne adresse sur cette station. Mérite ses étoiles.
