This is our second visit to the Amphoras Beach and this time they had changed the way they operate and made it ultra all inclusive. We enjoyed the additional touches like ice cream available 24/7 and staff were attentive including reception. There is quite a lot of building work going on outside as of November 2025, so be aware and don't hesitate to let reception know, they'll do their best to compensate you even if you didn't complain lol. Great swimming and friends of for every nationality and palate.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom chalet. These really need renovation and are outdated. Shower were blocked and no WiFi available. Cupboards with no hangers and frames of furniture dusty. Fridge died and water everywhere in the tray than fixed later. Would not choose to stay at this property again as really 3 star and not 5

Positives: -Location - close to the sea -Beautiful resort -Friendly staff -Affordable -Self sufficient and economic -Has amazing animation team which organises parties, activities etc. -Spacious resort with lots of pools, has heated pools - Close to old town ( when visiting old town for shopping, go to shops away from the mosque to get cheaper deals) Negatives: -Not all staff speak English -Reception team allocated 2 single beds for 2 adults and 2 children, took them 3 days to sort it out and I originally booked on itinerary a kind size bed sofa. -Catering team asking tourists to leave table during breakfast after breakfast time because they have to clean, instead of cleaning the vacant tables first. -If you have eczema and broken skin, don't use the swimming pool if you don't want a skin condition whilst on holiday. - Does not have a wide range of foods for children, so I recommend self fathered accommodation elsewhere and you can eat what you like - Spa is not part of the resort and you have to pay entry, snooker/pool table not available (I was told its being re-conditioned), tennis court not part of resort same as football pitch. - Do not take hotel transport because its overpriced, instead use the inDrive app where you get low price offers. - Do not take any tour offers from the hotel (safari, Ras Mohammed trip) as they ask for more than other tour providers offer, instead do own research.

Staff are amazing, food is sp yummy & huge variety. Snacks & pool bar are great, drinks are very good quality. Renovated rooms are wonderful, aircon is fully functional in the crazy hot weather. Lovely Hotel but no British Guests

I enjoyed our stay especially the service from Mohammed the table setter and Mohammed the life guard they always had great service and were always so welcoming the hotel itself had old and new parts we were in the new wing which was clean and modern and had housekeeping everyday the 2 downside was the food which was the same everyday but it’s hard to cater on mass and the hotel was full of mainly Russian and Italian guests we were the only English so not much communication with other guests all in all good but no British guests and prepare for a cattle market at meal times

Great location and nice renovated rooms

Ask for a renovated room.. they are stunning. Renovations didn’t interrupt us, food was good but hot items not kept hot/to temp which was a bit concerning. Great snorkelling and pool area. Staff aren’t particularity helpful but it’s good value for the price we paid.
