Hi Management, Thank you for your warm welcome on reaching your hotel. I like your service in all aspects from reception to room service, everything is nice and friendly. Room and food both are hygiene. Thanks for your maintenance and service.
I've been one year already being living here because of work and ought to say that I'm very happy having chosen the Golden Tulip as my residence. Good in all aspects, the kindness of the people is incomparable, the willingness to assist and to make you feel great and welcome is huge! Really happy with you guys! Thanks!
Everything is perfect from the reception with all the rest are amazing and helpful staff! We are all happy me and my family the room is very comfortable to rest and swimming pool is very nice! We will recommend to all our friendly and families. Staff is very helping specially Mr rajat and Mohd zaman
We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The front office staff, especially Mr Rajat , were very welcoming and efficient, the rooms very clean and well serviced and the pool and gym very enjoyable. However it was the service, from security staff at the entrance to the waitresses in the restaurant, that distinguished this hotel from many other modern hotels. Mr Ali also very helpful and keen to ensure your stay was as good as possible. They all treat us like we are in our home.We will remember our visit here for a long time & we come again soon....
Just love the hotel nd the staff behaviour was excellent very cooperative. hotel rooms are beautifuly design nd interior wondeful well neat food wonderful place nd MR.RAJAT VERMA thankz lot for your guidence.
First of all, we found this hotel quite difficult to find, like most things in Sharjah on this side of the Al Majaz Waterfront. It has quite a strange layout as the hotel lobby is actually on the inside of a small shopping mall. The staff are friendly and the concierge are very prompt and helpful. There are 5 lifts to the hotel rooms and apartments, 4 of these are actually shared with the mall and approximately 5 floors of offices, so the use of these got tedious quite quickly, the lifts are also quite small, 4 adults and a baby in a buggy is the comfortable limit, but people wont hesitate to cram themselves in if it stops on the way. One of the lifts is exclusive to the hotel, though doesn't seem to have any sensors on the doors and I was hit and squashed multiple times when trying to get myself and buggy out, it actually hurt my arm on one occasion, and I think its a little bit dangerous really. The executive apartment was a good size, good lounge size, kitchen, two bedrooms, one with ensuite and a main bathroom. Good size for 4 adults and a baby. After spending a week in Abu Dhabi, I needed to wash some of my baby's clothes, but the washing machine didn't seem to work properly, all the clothes were soaking wet as the spin cycle didn't seem to work and we woke up the next morning with it having leaked all over the kitchen floor and in to the hallway of the apartment. We rang the main desk to have this seen to, the maintenance didn't really have any idea why he was called, and thought we wanted it taking away, but we wanted it fixed. We didn't attempt to use it again, but it proceeded to leak on to the tiled floor every night for the rest of our stay, which I nearly slipped on once, so had to leave the kitchen light on every night so I could see what I was walking in to the next day. The kettle stopped working on the second night, to which we rang the reception about again, it seemed to take a about an hour for them to fix this, but to be fair, I think they actually went out and bought a brand new one, for thank you for that. Another thing I noted, was that our room must have been below the restaurant or a kitchen of some sort, as I could regularly smell food in the main bathroom in the evenings. Breakfast was included, which was fine but nothing to really write home about, there is a lovely view of the Khalid Lagoon from the breakfast restaurant. We stayed that this hotel as we were attending a sports event in Sharjah, given the choice, I probably wouldn't rush to stay here again, especially when there are nicer hotels further down the road for a similar price. The room was cleaned daily and spacious.

I had booked for a night stay to celebrate the New Year with my relatives. This property has perfect location, good views, and friendly staffs. It is just a walking distance to Al Majaz Park/Waterfront where we had a chance to see the fireworks display. Their 1BR Junior Suite is so spacious and we have given a partial view of corniche. It has living room, kitchen with basic utensils and microwave only (no cooking facilities), and dining area. They have bathub with shower and complete basic toileteries. The only challenge is, it seems that they do not have English TV channels. Their restaurant has a perfect corniche view which is good to start your day. The food was good. Overall, we had a perfect staycation to start the year 👌🏻😊
