I really loved staying here on my business trip, it is a very cute and clean boutique hotel with top service, friendly staff, and great food. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying at this property, the staff were friendly, it was nice coming back to a clean room and enjoy the comfortable bed after my conference. I stayed for 3 nights and the the breakfast buffet was great everyday.

Very cosy hotel! Staff was very friendly and they have a delicious buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free parking and wifi. Would definitely stay here again, big room, and great value for your money!

I stay there for a month with my family the staff Mr. Mehmood and his entire team very nice cooperative room service available every time very near to market, restaurant and bus stop is just 7 to10 minutes walk taxis are available this hotel provide free shuttle service to beach to there customers. It a budget hotel.

We stayed here from the 22 nd of Febuary till the 1st March 2017, I booked this hotel after seeing it advertised on, I saw the pictures of the Delux studio apartment and thought ok this looks ok so I booked 2 rooms, once we got to the hotel we checked in the staff were pleasant enough but just before we were taken to our rooms I asked to see them, I was shocked to see the most disgusting room I have ever seen in a hotel, it looked dirty and so old that I would never of stayed in it, I went back to the reception and told them that there was no way I was staying in that room, anyway cut a long story short Habib who works as a night porter from 21-00 to 9-00 was a great help and after some shouting and telling them this was false advertising we were given 2 one bedroom apartments which were much better than the 3 apartments I was shown previous, in the end our stay was pleasant and comfortable also our rooms were cleaned on a regular basis and spotless as I am ver fussy, Sharjah is not what I thought it would be to be honest didn't think Dubai was nice to see once but won't be back again, think twice when booking this hotel it worked out for us but we were lucky.

Don't book this hotel the pictures of it are misleading.definitely not a holiday stay, the hotel is a basic standard . The food is basic and the same every day wish I didn't have half board. Bet you get sick of the same music been played in the elevator and dinning area. The shuttle to beach was not available when asked and had to pay extra to use beach hotel. Feel sorry for the staff who were good who have to work at this terrible place.

old building have turn out to be an apartment hotel nothing is special about this hotel, and the worse part is the kitchen and bathrooms: *kettles are dirty from the inside. *refigerator isn't working properly *balcony of the kitchen is the most dirty& neglected place. *towels in the bathroom are not clean and are used before *poor old ruined furniture specially the sink and the bath. the rooms generally weren't clean enough . I didn't try the restaurant but it seemed to me that noone entered it during my stay. I don't recommend this hotel for a vacation, business trip or any long stay, but if your looking for a place just to stay at night for short time and low price so it's suitable. ps: they have good Internet service (LOL)

I was very disappointed with the quality of the interior of the rooms, in particular the bathroom and kitchen. Apart from the smell, the bath tiles were off white with brown moulds. The towels were also off white, torn and worn out like rags. The cleaners did not even use any form of antiseptic cleaning materials the days they decided to come and clean. The freezer of the dirty old fridges were working but not the fridges themselves, even when they brought a replacement. The utensils given to me to cook with were old and rusty. I could not believe that a hotel could give their guests such awful things to use. The pictures of the rooms and facilities advertised on the booking sites are all deceptive. They don't exist. I regret staying there. The place needs to be closed down for a full refurbishment to bring it up to standard.

This hotel is meant for working people who just need a place to crash during the night time. Nothing much to talk about, it is quite ordinary and you should book it only if you get a good deal. The service is OK, and food is passable. Better to have a dinner in some restaurant close to this hotel.

First of all don't bother to extend your stay , it will cost you 35 % extra then the original fare , I booked for 6 days eventually extended for 25 days but has to shell out 800 AED extra than the normal . Breakfast is same everyday , no varieties , everyday will be Monday for you . The day i checked asked for a better room , even after 25 days they couldn't find a room with bigger bed , I had to really suffer of because of this . You cant even go downstairs and collect water , short stay acceptable but long stay , then be prepared to pay four times than the shop next door. I don,t recommend this hotel for business travel , for leisure travelers on a day visit is OK , Rooms are small , interior is dull and old , not great , Internet is excellent . I sincerely thank the housekeeping guy , wonderful job but from him , but the front office staff are owners of their own .
