Just steps from Shanklin’s shopping streets and a short stroll to the picturesque Old Village with its thatched cottages, quaint shops, and traditional pubs, this well-appointed home offers the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.



The nearby seafront promises a classic British beach experience, complete with golden sands, amusements, and all your favourite seaside treats. Easy to reach by car or public transport, Pembroke Villa takes the stress out of travel.



The accommodation is ideal for families and multi-generational groups, featuring four bedroom bedrooms including a ground-floor twin bedroom and wet room and three further bedrooms upstairs along with a family bathroom. Beds are dressed with cosy duck-feather quilts for restful nights.



Outside, a private enclosed garden with a patio and outdoor dining area provides the perfect spot to relax or enjoy meals al fresco. Private off road parking for one small vehicle adds further convenience.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:



PLEASE NOTE: Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £40 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £200 before check-in. If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.
