Great location and very elegant,easy to go around the Bund. Will stay in this place again once that l come back to Shangai.
This is one of the top 5 star hotels in Shanghai. The hotels is right across the street from the bund and the room with a river view was worth the extra cost. The room smelled a little musty and could not tell quite why since it was well maintained and clean. Since I don't speak Chinese I leaned on the concierge staff multiple times a day and they were very friendly and helpful.
Easy walking distance to subway and river walk as well as many places to eat!
I had a very pleasant experience. Check in as well as check out was smooth. Staff was friendly. Concierge also helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, especially for a first time visitor. It is located on the Bund, an area in Shanghai that is a must visit for any tourist. It's along the river with a spectacular view. At night is even more so, with the lightings.
