Staff don’t speak English and their supporting spirit is too low, they're not able to help... it was a terrible experience try to comunícate each other and because of that to get assistance was a nightmar. I’ll never return again to this hote and so don’t recommend it

Far from airport no Taxi want to go there, NON-SMOKING signs every where but no one even care about it. Lobby full of smoke smell all the time. Corridor and even rooms were not even spared from smoke smell spreading. Staff was not aware of my order as they don't know what is "EXPEDIA" , THE BIG SURPRISE!

The property is not bad for the price. The staff are such lovely people! The location however, OMG is is a 45 minute drive from downtown Shanghai. That's a big problem.

A satisfying hotel with a projector

An overall pleasent hotel that had a projector in our room. However, it was far away from the metro so would recommend future guests to take taxi or scooter

ich hatte über Ihre Seite das Hotel gebucht zum Preis von 294,00€. ich habe das Hotel darüber informiert, dass ich mit Hund anreise und an der World Dog Show teilnehme. Bei der Ankunft musste ich dem Hotel noch extra Geld bezahlen. Auf die Mail die ich an das Hotel gerichtet habe ha niemand davon etwas gesagt das das zur WDS teurer ist. Es waren mehr als 200,00€ ich finde das unkorrekt.

Niente/Nothing The staff was unable to speak even a basic English. The hotel doesn’t have any restaurant or bar and is located far from Shanghai city center and also far from Pudong airport.

上海ディズニーに行く方にオススメ

家族4人で、2部屋とバスルームも2つあり ベッドもキングサイズのようで広々と快適でした。フロントは中国語のみで、スマホアプリのグーグル翻訳でお互い会話出来ました。 上海ディズニーの無料送迎バスの予約は前日チェックイン時に出来ました。引き換え券のような紙に、時間を書いてくれます。 バスの時間は、早朝7:30、8:30に2回、帰りは20:30、21:30、2回で微妙に時間が変わりましたが、教えてくれました。帰りのバスは朝停めた駐車場と同じ場所でした。 ホテル付近には、ショッピングモールなどは無いですか、食事が出来るお店が並び中華屋さんや、食品スーパーはありました。 移動は、タクシーだけだと思います。

チェックイン時に予約データが見つからなかったようでとても時間がかかった。従業員の方々は一生懸命対応してくれたと思う。Expediaとのシステムの問題か。簡単な内容は伝えられるが予約内容詳細を、現地言語で表示できるサービスが欲しい。例えばデラックススイートの表現は多様のようで日本語のスマホ画面を見せてもわからないし、翻訳ソフトでも正確には伝わらない。

豪華で綺麗なホテル

ディズニーランド目的で2泊しましたが、送迎シャトルバス３０分程の距離なので、ディズニーランドだけに行く人にはお勧めです。浦東空港への送迎シャトルバスもありました。両方共にフロントでの予約が必要ですが、中国語以外は通じる気配もありませんでした。室内にも最低限必要なものは揃っていますし、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。ロケーションは悪く、地下鉄の駅もありません。タクシー利用の方は、空港も近いしお勧めできます。
