There is nothing bad to say about this property. Beautiful rooms with the most incredible bathroom. The view of the Bund was amazing. We were greeted by a wonderful host called An who couldnt do enough for you. She made us feel so welcome. I would 100% return.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially toward my son. They made him feel so welcome, and he had the best time. We had to check out early, and I was worried we’d miss breakfast, but the team thoughtfully packed it for us. That level of care really stood out. The location couldn’t be better. It is right inside the IFC Mall and just steps from the Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower, and Jin Mao Tower. You’re in the heart of Lujiazui with some of the most iconic views in Shanghai. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the window was breathtaking—both day and night. After we left, I was surprised to receive an email from the hotel letting me know we had forgotten my son’s notebook. I hadn’t even realized it was missing until they reached out. That kind of attention and follow-through made me really grateful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Shanghai—luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality all in one.

Stayed for 6 nights and was generally pleased with the hotel and the services. Staff was attentive and very helpful in calling cabs and helping with our things. It was summer in Shanghai and the hotel provided more than enough water bottles. It was also my husband's bday and they went out of their way to send a cake and a bouquet of flowers. Breakfast had good variety - just don't like the plastic smell of the placemats. Overall - good stay and would recommend it.

I stayed in the ritz Carlton the room was excellent of all the many hotels I have stayed in this is definitely in my top 3. Very clean room excellent view from the room . Has everything you could ever need . Coco is the most pleasant hotel staff member I have ever met and gives A star service . All hotel staff speak excellent English . A was also extremely helpful when checking out and went above and beyond . velian on check in was great and the lady from Kazakhstan also very helpful. For service , Luxury and comfort in Shanghai you have to stay here . Thank you ritz Carlton . Also check out flair bar and the pool
