Friendly and Helpful staff and great location

Location: Good, just next to Pedestrian Street, everything is walking distance. But, DD will drop you street away if you choose the wrong dropoff. Staff is friendly and helpful, they will advice you where is the dropoff/pickup nearest to hotel. The lift is only serve from lv2 and above, so need to use stairs to the lift lobby. Staff is helping to carry and use the stairs. 5 star to the staff.

Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Staff were super friendly! Helped us with directions, and phone calls that we couldn’t make with our international phone numbers! This location is a bit harder to find, it’s in the alley way that taxis don’t drive into, so you have to walk to the hotel with your luggage. Just one thing we were disappointed about, the elevator doesn’t reach the first floor! If you have luggage, you must carry them up to the second floor to reach the elevator, and it’s super tiny.

Shower nose was broken, fungus on the tiles and floor, not up to stannards, I have paid less and stayed in much better hotels in the past. There were no maps of the area in reception, nor anything on day trips or excursions. My mother in law, which she is 76 years old, had to walk to the first level to get to the lift as the chair lift from lobby up to the first level was full of packages and with a number of suitcases around all the time. Top location though which it may make it a worthwhile experience to younger/ non family traveller

Eigentlich hätte das Hotel 4-5 Sterne verdient. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es gab schöne, große, flauschige Handtücher, Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Aufzug startet erst im zweiten Stock. Die Treppe auf dem Vorschaubild ist die Treppe, die man von der Rezeption zum Aufzug hoch laufen muss. Also nicht für menschen geeignet, die Schwierigkeiten beim Treppensteigen haben. Allerdings trägt das freundliche Personal das Gepäck hoch bis zum Aufzug. ABER leider war es so, dass in der zweite Nacht laufend in den Nachbarnzimmern aufs Klo gegangen und geduscht wurde. Die Zimmer sind total hellhörig. Vermutlich wurde vergessen, die Wasserleitungsrohre Schall zu isolieren. Wir sind die ganze Nacht über aufgewacht, weil es sich angehört hat, als ob direkt in unserem Badezimmer jemand die Dusche laufen lässt oder die Klospülung betätigt. Jedes Gespräch auf dem Flur war ebenfalls im Zimmer zu hören. Tagsüber war das nicht sonderlich schlimm, aber in der Nacht sind wir von jedem zufallen der Zimmertüren aufgewacht.
