I really was impressed with how clean and Fresh my room was every evening when we returned. The breakfast was excellent too. And the staff very accommodating. I would love to stay here again. And this is coming from someone who has stayed at a Hilton hotel in Chongqing for over a month.
This was a nice hotel. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit of a distance from attractions and dining, but a nice quiet area. The sack lunch breakfast left something to be desired but overall good experience.

They do not state where to pick up the free shuttle and there are 2 areas in Pudong. I could not go back into the airport so I paid for a taxi. They did not answer my message through Orbitz when I asked. BTW it is on the 3rd floor gate 25x

A bit away from the airport, 15 minute taxi and you feel like you are lost because you pass through an undeveloped area, but worth the stay. Very clean and quiet rooms, excellent amenities, and a free return airport shuttle to make things convenient.
Nice airport hotel. Would be nice if the staff could speak more English. The buffet was very good. We would definitely stay there again. We got a suite and the kids loved the bunk beds
The only thing that I did not like was the free shuttle service from pvg to hotel. It took about one hour to wait for the bus. When we called the driver, he said about 20 minutes he would be there but we keep on waiting for another 40 minutes. If we knew that was the case, we would use a taxi service right away after we got our luggage. I hope the hotel increase the efficiency of picking up customers.

It appeared that the hotel did not have my reservation made on Orbitz and already paid. They did not seem to be familiar with Orbitz. Fortunately they gave me my room anyway. The room was excellent. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. It was difficult to get to the hotel as taxis are over priced and it was unclear to me how to get the shuttle to the hotel.
I needed a place to stay during a long layover in Shanghai. This hotel served perfectly. It cost 50 yuan for a cab from the airport. There is a free shuttle service but I didn’t want to find the pickup site latest night. The hotel is in an area undergoing extensive building and is brand new. Wonderful bed. Good breakfast, including some Western items.
