Location location location. Walkable to Yu Gardens which has Shake Shack, Chagee, a ton of shops and dining options. 24 hr Convenience store a block away and also train station across the road. Large comfortable beds. I had some issues with my air conditioning. Could not really adjust it. Overall a good stay.

Great room but much to improve.

The room is spacious and clean, the service is great, but there's much to improve... unlike other hotels in China, they doesnt have robot delivering food delivery, you have to go down and collect. Also, no self laundry room which is important for family travel. Unlikely to return again.

I stayed in the hotel for the Shanghai Marathon. The location is great for walking to the start line. Also for visiting Yu Garden, the Bund and other tourist attractions, the location is great. It's a bit older but overall it is good value for $

Staff in various areas are either ill trained or unprofessional. For example, no staff assistance with luggage and reinstatement from front desk staff to assist in transportation or distance inquiries. Furthermore, housekeeper for example, asked me to pretend that I requested and that she actually did tidy room when all that I asked was for more bottles of water.
