I loved this hotel, and it will be my go-to hotel anytime I visit Shanghai to visit Disney. It's staff were very helpful and polite, excellent comfort-quality, and they even have a complimentary ball-pit/play-place for your kids in the hotel! The one criticism I have for this hotel is that it attempts to serve as both a resort hotel and a conference hotel. I worked in a nice hotel when I was a kid, so I can tell you that this equates to the hotel charging you for every little thing that they can charge you for. As a resort hotel the service is excellent, but as a conference hotel they are used to your employer footing the bill and you just signing whatever the amount is because, well, you're not paying for it...your employer is. Specifically, at the restaurant, there is a non-listed 15% service charge for all orders, and in European fashion, they will charge you $5 for every glass of water (again not listed in the menu, but you will see it on your bill). So the bottom line: I would highly recommend staying here! Just know that if you use the hotel services, you will pay a pretty penny for them; which maybe you're willing to do and that is okay! Next time we visit, we will stay at this wonderful hotel and we will take the free hotel shuttle to Disneytown and spend our money on the nice restaurants there since it is only 10 minutes away. If you're company is sending you, it's a win-win-win; if you're on your own dime, it's still worth it!
