There was no AC adjustment possible in the room. It was all the time 25-26 degrees in the room. It was too hot to sleep in the night. I was told that the hotel set centrally 25/26 degrees for all the rooms.

This time, I stayed in the south building and was very disappointed. The AC is not working well. And the wall socket wasn't working for the iPhone. The bathroom faucet in the lobby is way too outdated and needs to be replaced.

The hotel location is excellent, close to train station, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room is nice, but unfortunately the carpet is super dirty with stained spots. It should be easy to remove the stains by a deep steam cleaning. The dirty carpet doesn’t match to the famous name of Jin Jian hotel. I hope the hotel will see my comments and make an improvement.
