The hotel looks messy. They try to give a hipster or millenial look but looks trashy. The walls of the floors are worned out. The toilet system had its flaws and had to use alternative methods to flush.
I booked a queen bed room; they didn’t have it and instead of apologizing she was ignorant and rude to me. The room had a thermostat; and a heater. Amazing right? No cause the heater turns off the moment you want your room about 12 degrees Celsius.
Rooms are smaller than anticipated.Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is suitable for the area.
The room was smaller than I expected, but the bed was comfortable and the internet worked great. For the price it was a good deal and the location was good.
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en la zona de Lianyang en Pudong. Centros comerciales, restaurantes y cafeterías a escasos metros. A 15 minutos en taxi del centro. Ojo si se van a hospedar en el hotel pidan habitaciones que den a la parte de delante ya que en la parte trasera hay una escuela que se tira el día haciendo anuncios por megafonia. EL PERSONAL NO HABLA INGLÉS, NIVEL -1, NO ENTIENEN NADA. Increíble para un hotel lleno de extranjeros (Franceses, Ingleses, Alemanes, Holandeses, Portugueses, ...) y en Shanghai!!! Pero es un hotel recomendable por su ubicación y precio, tampoco se puede pedir más a un Ibis.
