Comfortable but missing Vibe

The lobby and the bar are a bit disappointing when you have worked all day and just want a place to chill. However, the room was great and very comfortable. I don’t know that I would book again because I do like a good vibe when you arrive and somewhere to unwind. It is in a more business area.

Check-in process was not smooth. My room wasn’t ready and I had to wait over 40 minutes. I wasn’t told my room was ready. I had to check at front desk after I waited over 30 minutes. Then they confused my name with another reservation. Because of the confusion and long wait my room was upgraded. The room was spacious and nice but the coffee maker didn’t work. Overall my stay was decent but there is room for improvement considering how expensive the rooms are.

the deluxe room was just so nice. We really loved the bathroom and hot tub. The staff also all spoke english and were very helpful. one of the difficult things in the room were having to find out which switch was for which light. It'd be nice if they had a universal remote or control system for that.
