Was unable to fly to China for Visa issues and hotel would not refund my reservation
Nice location! Easy access from airports. Got upgraded to a nicer room with toys by the reception when they saw our five year old. Will stay here again next time in Shanghai.
The hotel is well located, clean, nice facilities. I would have graded excellent; however, the internet service sucks completely. I know China has restrictions with the use of google and its services; however we were in Beijing also and there we didn't have avy problem to access my gmail account. I have linked my gmail account with my work account so for me it was not an option to use it. I had to pay high internet fees through my phone. I even use a VPN service but the hotel was continuing blocking the VPN. What kind of hotel treats its foreign guests that way? Next year I will go back to Shanghai and I know in what hotel not to stay.
Lobby is excellent. Bathroom shower facets need to be upgraded
It was well kept and easy to get around, nice quite room
excellent location, reasonable price, will stay there again.
good price, clean room, in the middle of eveything in downtown shanghai.
stayed there for a few times for the last few years while in shanghai, Will stay here again next time visit the city. Recommended.
Wonderful hotel, great location, closer to everything you need.
Good place to stay every in Shangai, Close to everything.
People complaining about the staff need to get off their high horse. The staff was great but the rooms, breakfast, and location we’re fantastic. Seriously. I plan on staying here again in future.
Refrigerator was broken, room service was very slow at night
The hotel is located to a number of visitor destinations, The Bund, The Peoples Market, Nanjing Street and the metro subway. The hotel is very nicely furnished. The room contained a King Size bed, shower stall, bath tub and sectioned off toilet. The bed mattress was the only drawback as you could feel the coils. The mattress sagged at the edges so you had to sleep towards the middle of the bed. The work out facility was nice and spacious. The indoor pool came in handy since it was cold and rainy during my stay. Many restaurants and eateries located with a two block radius. Large upscale shopping mall ( opened aired) located three blocks from the Hotel.
Good room condition and nice view . Closed to nanjingdongru
