I am a returning guest to this hotel. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. It is convenient to access shops and a supermarket. You can reach to a bakery, a food court and more formal restaurants without walking on the street. The staff is super friendly. Especially, I would like to mention Eve, a front desk staff. After knowing that I could not order a gift item from Taobao due to lack of domestic payment methods, she gladly helped to order it for me. In the end, the gift item was timely arrived for me. 我事先網拍了一些東西寄到酒店，網路留言都沒有得到立即的回應，打電話也是十分敷衍地應付，不太像是高級酒店該有的服務。 入住的時候也沒有主動詢問提供牙刷和梳子，跟前台反應也是過很久才送來，服務不好。
