Hotel is 40 minute drive from Pudong airport. Hotel offers free shuttle both to/from the airport and to/from Disney park. Hotel is very close to the train tracks and i have heard EVERY train passing every few minutes. unless you are deaf and can not hear the loud noise, it is advised to book any other hotel i arrived the hotel from the airport and wanted to change some money, they refused to do it and showed me to an automatic machine, the machine did not work but they still refused to change money. in the morning again i tried few times, but the machine did not work, at the end the hotel agreed to change money. English level of hotel staff is good.

We stayed here for two nights and visited shanghai Disneyland and then we went to the cruise port for a royal Caribbean cruise. This hotel is sooooo amazing! It’s huge and it’s spotless and the staff were great. They spoke English pretty well as well. If you email them before hand you can book their free shuttle from PVG airport to the hotel and it was very easy to find. The hotel will email you directions and times it comes to pick you up. The driver doesn’t speak English but he has a sign you point to to tell him what hotel your going to. The meeting place is terminal one parking A3. He will pull up the curb by the escalator to go down and hold up a sign. The bus also says courtyard on the side. They also have a free Disney shuttle you also book when you get to the hotel and it will take you to the park and pick you up from the park as well. Very easy to use. The drop off and meeting spot was Donald Duck spot 7. We booked the king bed blue air room and it was awesome! Huge room and has a hepa filter. We also went down to The Bund and the concierge called us a taxi and made sure to write it down to show in Chinese to the taxi. The ride was about 88rmb there and 105rmb back. Make sure the taxi uses the meter! They will overcharge you badly if they dont. We found it was hard to taxi back from the Bund but we did it. Just show the driver the address of the hotel in Chinese and say meter please. They understand that. You also don’t tip the drivers here like you would in the states or Canada. They give you change back as we paid in cash. The security deposit for the room was 1000rmb so about $200. They took my Canadian MasterCard no problem. In the room they have free bottled water as well as one Pepsi and one 7up. Don’t drink the tap water it’s not safe. All in all this hotel was awesome and they provide the free shuttles and they also speak English! I would stay here again and again.

I usually stay at the courtyard in puxi but it was sold out so I took a chance on this hotel. TLDR is its not for you if you're here on business or want to do anything other than Disney. I called their front desk originally to try to arrange a transfer from the airport. The person on the other end could understand English very well and after laughing a couple of times and saying he can't understand he hung up. I then called again a different day using mandarin and had no issue booking the free shuttle. It leaves from the T1 parking lot (zone a3). You'll see signs for A3 once you're in the parking lot. I booked a king bed but was told they were out. They then upgraded me to a family room with 2 single beds and a tent for children. I don't mind, but just a bit comical. There is no executive lounge for free food/breakfast/booze FYI. Also, there is absolutely nothing within 25 minutes walking. You must take a shuttle or a cab to the subway stop or Disney. If you're not interested in either, you're stuck with the hotel restaurant. I just ordered takeout and called it a night. Now, I totally see the appeal if you take your family to Disney. If that was my case, this would have been a baller hotel. I'm really just reviewing this through the lens of a solo business traveler.

Very good location if you are visiting Disneyland but a bit out if you want to eat out Has shuttle bus to Disneyland and you can eat at Disneytown Also provide airport shuttle so it's really good arrangements Staff is very helpful with your needs

I've booked "Local Package", This includes breakfast as much as the number of guests. BUT NOW Conditions changed as the amount changed due to BRG. My breakfast is not included. stupid service system They pay for my breakfast and they don't give me any. They just run the service center by e-mail They speak only English. Chinese employees lack English.

I am very glad i chose this hotel instead of staying right in the middle of shanghai town. The hotel provide shuttle (at a certain frequencies) to airport, Disneyland & nearest train station which made my trip easy to move around. The room is huge and super clean, the bathroom shower works well. The mattress feels comfy and i did not have much trouble sleeping as other hotels i went before. I would stay here again for another round of Disneyland..

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Visit started with being denied an upgrade despite Marriott Gold status and the hotel being empty. Then I was accosted at breakfast with a full plate in hand asking for my 11-year old son to pay an adult rate, even though we’d already been seated. I put down my plate to sign a bill in the middle of the buffet, so embarrassing! Felt like I was being nickled and dimed. The room itself was ok but very dusty with a slight smell. These is nothing within a 5-10 minute drive, so it’s easy to spend more on food & beverage than on lodging since you’re basically trapped. The restaurant and room service are decent for dinner, but the 2-hour old tea at breakfast and day-old fruit is unacceptable. I won’t stay here again, and might try an airport hotel next time (probably not Marriott since they treat me like dirt for having status).

We were ending our 2 weeks in China and exhausted. It was 8 pm we had taken train from Beijing now lheading to PKG in the AM. We were hungry and honestly wanted western food. To our delighted the wonderful head of HR spoke impeccable English and treated us like royalty. She personally took our order , brought us much needed libations and delicious steak and a chicken breast! — The shuttle to the airport was on time and comfortable . Rooms were efficient and modern. Wonderful property- close to Shanghai Disney

We stay here due to an early flight in PVG. The free shuttle is convenient and 30 min to the airport. Upgraded to the family studio with cartoon themes, very enjoyable for young kids. Free drinks in the mini fridge for a quick refresh.

My husband booked this hotel because of its proximity to Disney. We checked in on June 5th, a weekday afternoon and was allocated room 3141. This family size room is really big with two double beds and a huge bathroom. Unfortunately it seems like this hotel can boosts of no decent views from their rooms and I was dismay to look out to another commercial building and another local hotel pretty close by. Hence I went back down to the front desk to ask if there were any rooms with a better view since we would be there for 3.5 days. The staff claimed that there were no better view (wow, thks for telling that) and was rather unhelpful until we continuously prompt her for options. Now I have looked at her name tag after she rolled her eyes at me but I have decided here not to named her. I wondered if I was the first guest ever to request for a change of room. She finally gave us another room facing yet again at the same direction but on the highest level 4, but we decided to stick to the first room because the "new" room wasn't even the right type we have booked. In any case, as someone mentioned the hotel is large width wise and only 4 levels high so it takes a long time to walk back n forth to the lobby if you are allocated a corner room. Overall the room is fine, with the huge size, its good for families of 3 or 4 to stay in the same room together but the bathroom doors cant be locked, so just be aware of that. We didnt try the breakfast so vant comment on that. It seems the only advantage of stsying here is the free shuttle to n fro Disney especially at night after the fireworks show, its great to have a free shuttle waiting when thousands are leaving the park at the same time. Also the concierge sells a Disney tour departing at 5.30 or 6am with a guarantee to cover the major highlights. But I did notice that they added in the parade n fireworks show which was free to view for ticket holders anyway do I didnt buy the package. The free shuttle to n fro airport is a bonus too. From there, we hop on to the shuttle to the nearby Florencia outlets, which is quite worthwhile to visit for shopping. Overall, stayinv at this hotel only makes sense if you are going Disney, otherwise, there should be other better options. The taxi fare to the century mall in pudong already cost us 70yuan and Puxi is 1 hour away by train or taxi.
