Alisa was very attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. She welcomed us to the hotel and told us about the different amenities. We had a great time at Shanghai Banyan hotel! The unit has an epic view of the river, which is the best of the whole experience. The bad experience can start with a bad wifi connection. the power outlet on the office desk section is broken. Hence they have to provide the power extension core. Also the fridge is not working as well. Not to mention, somehow the AC was set at 30 degrees, which is hot as hell and cannot be changed and I have to call in a repairs guy. Overall not a terrible experience but definitely did not hold up to its standard.
