DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!Prior to my arrival I had to reach out about the check-in process multiple times. I finally got the details as I was transiting to the property. Once I received the checkin process it was fairly smooth. My review of property:1) the building was old and a bit worn but was in good location2) Upon entering the unit, you can tell that the property wasn't as well maintained or nice as the pictures depicted3) After we had time to settle in, we started noticing issues that started to my stay uncomfortable. Starting with the bed being as hard as the floor, worn paint job, cracks in the molding and many other issues that you can instantly tell that the property wasn't well maintained. While most of these were cosmetic, it only got worse4) Both showers had mildew at the bottom5) Both showers would backup when you use the shower and you're soon flooding the bathroom6) The master bedroom shower would backup and pink bacteria would upflow from the drain7) On our 4th night, my wife went into the bathroom and stepped on a cockroach.And that was the last straw...I notified the host and let them know that I am moving out after that. They refused to refund the last 3 nights and stated that it wasn't their fault. They stated that cockroach had crawled up through the sewage and it didn't reflect the cleanliness of the property. I've stayed at many places around the world and this is by far the worst I've ever stayed at.
