Située Située dans petit hameau résidentiel très calme, à proximité de toutes commodités (supermarchés, boulangerie, fromagerie, restaurants dans un rayon de 500 mètres), cet appartement en triplex est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.
Idéale pour 8 personnes, cet appartement tout équipé bénéficie d'une vue sur le lac et les montagnes.
Son emplacement exceptionnel vous permettra de laisser la voiture de côté (si vous le souhaitez !).
Les plages de Sevrier se trouve à seulement 300m, tout comme la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du lac (42km pour les plus courageux) et vous amènera à la magnifique ville d'Annecy en 6km.
Pour la baignade, les deux plages de Sevrier vous accueilleront gratuitement.
⚠️ Sauf indication : en France la salle de bain est composée (d'une douche ou d'une baignoire), le toilette est séparé. Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire à ce sujet.
L’apartement bénéficie d'une très grande pièce de vie ouverte sur une cuisine équipée, qui donne sur une terrasse avec une vue imprenable.
A noter : Deux des trois chambres peuvent accueillir 3 personnes.
