Située Située dans petit hameau résidentiel trÚs calme, à proximité de toutes commodités (supermarchés, boulangerie, fromagerie, restaurants dans un rayon de 500 mÚtres), cet appartement en triplex est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.
Idéale pour 8 personnes, cet appartement tout équipé bénéficie d'une vue sur le lac et les montagnes.

Son emplacement exceptionnel vous permettra de laisser la voiture de cÎté (si vous le souhaitez !).
Les plages de Sevrier se trouve Ă  seulement 300m, tout comme la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du lac (42km pour les plus courageux) et vous amĂšnera Ă  la magnifique ville d'Annecy en 6km.
Pour la baignade, les deux plages de Sevrier vous accueilleront gratuitement.
