Welcome to Sévrier!
Ideal for 6 people, this house consists of three separate bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a living room.
You will reach the lake in less than 3 minutes on foot: only 300 meters separate the house from the lake and beaches! All bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200cm and storage. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed 140x200cm and storage. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single bunk beds 90x190cm as well as storage. High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided free of charge for your stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment; camping prohibited in the garden. Note: the chimney should not be used. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the courtyard.

Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Enjoy its mountains, port and beaches! The beautiful city of Annecy is only 5 km away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Great location with charm!
Lovely house just steps from two fantastic beaches. An ideal location. House is perfectly set up for families. Host was warm and welcoming. Very much recommend staying here versus in Annecy proper. Book it and enjoy!

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und in einer tollen Lage. Trotz der Nähe zum Ort ist es sehr ruhig und abgegrenzt gelegen. Das Haus selbst war sauber und gemütlich, außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet.
