The atmosphere is very pleasant and its proximity to the center makes it a unique space where you can rest and get to know the city. The apartment was in a great location in the Triana area of Seville. We were able to explore everything on foot, and had access to the local market. Unfortunately, there was road construction so we had a bit of trouble navigating but that was nothing to do with the host. There weren’t very clear instructions on the amenities inside the apartment, and we had to use our towels for blankets on the chilly first night. The next day, we heard from the host who informed us that the blankets were under the bed. When we pulled them out, the comforter had a large urine/yellow stain on it. We certainly didn’t want to use that, and we’re told by the host that the laundry was done by a professional service. On our last day the bathroom reeked of sewer gases. So much so that we forewent showering to avoid the bathroom. Nice area, unfortunate circumstances.
