Apartment with amazing view

The size of the apartment is great! The patio with the view is out of this world! However, the apartment is in need of lots of love... For example, the lamp on the wall was holding by a tread, the support for the shower head was loose in the wall (like don't touch the shower head or it will fall on your head), the handle for the front door of the building came off one day, etc. The apartment could be such an amazing place as the location, the size and the patio are amazing but it really needs a handyman soon to fix all the little problems.

Le plus : la vue de la terrasse avec soleil dès midi (appartement n•1 au 6e Etage). agréable grâce à la localisation et la terrasse. Propre. La cafetière est Italienne. Le moins: une machine à laver mais pas d’étendoir à linge. Le canapé du salon n’est pas bon pour dormir. Température et pression de la douche instables.
