The apartment was spacious and very well located. It was well appointed - kitchen had everything including washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Decor was lovely. In general it was great. The issues were the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. We werenât sure if it came from a nearby apartment or was old and lingering. Either way it was very strong. Management didnât reply when we asked. There were also small ants in kitchen, hallway and bedroom floor. No food could be left out.
Lastly, there was a quick power outage which resulted in the elevator beeping loudly for hours. Phone calls to management didnât lead anywhere. No one answered. Someone came to fix it after midnight.
So apartment was good. But response with property management wasnât great.

Logement parfait ainsi que l accueil . Tout était identique à ce que j avais vu en photos sur le site . Appart trÚs bien situé, trÚs proche du centre et du quartier de santa Cruz . Logement trÚs bien équipé et sans aucune nuisances sonores et le plus de cette annonce : pas de ménage a faire a la fin du séjour . Vraiment super et à recommander sans hésitation .
