If it wasn’t for the ants infestation and the horrible sofa bed I would’ve given this place a 9 but unfortunately I would never stay here again. I have never stayed at a hotel where I get ants and crawling all over the place.

We spent two weeks in Spain and this was our favorite place to stay. Very comfortable size for a family of four. In a hot place as Sevilla, our AC was working well and it was quite. Perfect location, right in the middle of old town, restaurants everywhere, never too crowded and never noisy at night. Apartment could use a small renovation and update, but If we go back to Sevilla, I would try to book this place again.

Wonderful stay in Seville historic center

The penthouse on 3rd floor with balcony is excellent. The queen bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom look modern and great. The living area and balcony are spacious. The whole unit is bright and very maintained. It has a washer as well which surprisingly very quiet. The staffs are responsive, attentive and very friendly. The place is centrally located and only 7 mins walk to Seville Cathedral and 15 mins walk to Plaza de Espana. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience and highly recommended. The property is very nice and clean with all upgraded modern interior and amenities. The view from the terrace was breathtaking . It is located within walking distance to the key tourist areas and lots of nice restaurants. The front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful to ensure our check in process was smooth as we arrived in the morning before the official check in time. They graciously gave us access to the apartment to drop off our luggages and patiently explaining how the keyless entry works. They gave us a list of restaurants recommendations. When learning we are leaving super early, they offered to book a taxi to wait for us at 4:30am. I’d highly recommend this place for everyone.

Great property to spend a few nights in. Property was everything you expect, it was well maintained and we felt very welcomed to be there. The location of the property was superb, close to everything on your to-do-list. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Seville.

The property is in a quiet part of town and feels very secure. The terrace was a great to use as Seville is very busy. The city is walkable but make sure you book for the Alcazar and Cathedral in advance as we left it to the last minute and no tickets were available. Great to be able to cook but plenty of vegetarian options in the city. Helpful staff as well. Would stay here again.

Beautiful stay in Sevilla !

We had a wonderful stay in Sevilla at casa palacio! The location as amazing. The room was spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a hot pot, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, and snacks left for us. The check in was easy and access was simple. The area is safe and full of cafes, restaurants and shops. It was a less than 10 min walk to the cathedral

Great location, lacks sufficient soundproofing

Excellent location, within walking distance to several sights, restaurants, and shops in Sevilla. However, soundproofing could use improvement. You can easily hear noise from the lobby and hallways. The streets are particularly noisy at night and can be heard from the apartments (i.e. from bars, motorcycles, delivery trucks in the early hours of the morning, and garbage collection). Additionally, the property is directly across from a church, which sounds their bell every hour from about 7h to 21h. Throughout our stay, we noticed cracks on the walls, with ants crawling through them.
