Lovely hotel in great location walking distance to many local attractions in the old part of Seville. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. We only ate breakfast once here at the hotel and the buffet was a very good selection. Recommend staying here.

Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and took the time to show where we were located and how to get to the key locations. Had a lovely clean room which was a good size and had its own terrace. There is a pool on the roof and would highly recommend the sangria! Would definitely go back to this hotel and such a pretty city.

You couldn't ask for a nicer hotel slap in the centre of the old city. However, this also has its drawbacks, such as incredibly narrow streets and footpaths, making it difficult to struggle along with suitcases in tow. However, on arrival, we were met with friendly smiles and helpful advice by the people at reception. The next hurdle was negotiating the corridors, stairs and lifts to finally arrive at our nicely appointed room. On settling in, however, we couldn't have been happier for our 3 night stay and loved the proximity of the hotel to so many bars and restaurants around us. Breakfast was well presented and a varied choice offered, together with good coffee!

We stayed in a standard room which was adequate size. It was modern, clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Terrific location in the old town. Good range of food at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rey Alfonso X is on the edge of the Jewish quarter. The hotel is Creatively constructed behind a traditional facade. Stylish and modern on the inside. Reception is friendly and staff helpful (ask for food recommendations), including a small drink on the house. Rooms are clean and functional. Bathroom was rather spacious. The bed was of great quality. The complementary breakfast was quiet extensive with mainly fresh (baked) ingredients. A nice down town location!

the hotel is very well located and very clean, the staff very friendly, we stayed on the first floor overlooking the plaza and it was very noisy at night, specially Friday night, we could hear when the bars were putting away their tables and chairs and also the noise of the lids of the rubbish containers, our room was near the stairs and lift but we did not hear any noise from that area. The pool was closed but we were given cards to use the one of the hotel around the corner but unfortunately it was closed due to the bad weather for the 4 days we stayed in May. I am staying there again in October but I might ask for a room on the fourth floor it might be less noisy, I like the view the hotel has.

Nice hotel in a great location - close to everything. Rooms were clean and large and the staff were friendly. My only problem was that due to the corridors being tiled, there was a lot of corridor noise in the evenings and mornings, which echoed and could be heard in my room meaning I didn't get a good night's sleep. Also the pool was being renovated, so it was unavailable but they did offer use of their sister hotel's pool, which was opposite and very nice indeed. I would recommend the hotel (just ask to be far away from the lift and stairs so you don't get as much corridor traffic).

Good location; everything is within walking distance. The rooms were good sized, clean, with a nice sized bathroom. TV had three English speaking news channels (once you figured out how to find them!). Comfortable beds, and pleasant front desk staff. The only thing that drove me crazy was the nutty journey from the room to the front (only) entrance. First you had to go up one floor (elevator or stairs), then walk down a long corridor, down three stairs, turn, down another corridor, then go down a floor (elevator or stairs). I got lost at least three times. We could see the lobby across a courtyard from our room, and there was a door in the hall to the courtyard (locked and not allowed to use), but we had to do this insane journey every time we came in or went out. I don't know what the pool and terrace was like; it was under construction while we were there. They gave us passes to use at their sister hotel, but we didn't use it because it was raining both days we were there.

Great location and front desk staff. If you want food, a drink, sit on terrace or have a swim you need to go over the road to the sister hotel. Not a problem but not what was expected. Our room was spacious but minimalist- don't bother unpacking with very little cupboard/shelf space. And noisy - marble flooring everywhere including corridors and thin walls ensure that.

Lovely, clean and perfectly situated hotel to explore Seville. Staff are very helpful and a/c is a welcome relief! Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Make sure you to get clear directions to find it though. Unless you are on a moped, driving in the surrounding streets is a little nerve wracking!
