We had a lovely break in this hotel. Staff friendly especially Carlos in the roof top bar. Beds comfortable. Hotel clean and tidy. Great views from the roof top bar. Would recommend this hotel. Great location
When we arrived at the hotel we were made very welcome. Parked our car in a superb underground private garage prepaid for. Well worth it. Room was beautiful and quiet at night. Had a free drink voucher for the evening drink on the superb roof terrace bar looking over the city and the mushroom designed sculpture. Only breakfast at hotel but plenty of choice.
My daughter and I stayed for three nights in April and really enjoyed our stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the decor is fun, and the room was really comfortable. We had a standard room, and it was big enough and well lit (in contrast to the some of the previous reviews). There's a couple of minor niggles - the room safe really should be screwed to the wall or floor instead of just sitting on top of the fridge, and don't get excited about the prospect of the mini bar being included in the room rate - ours had just two bottles of water and four small bags of savoury snacks. This wasn't replenished during our stay. I think this is a bit oversold as previous hotels I've stayed at, which included the mini bar, had it properly stocked with soft drinks, wine and spirits. Plus points: The location couldn't be better, right on the same plaza as Setas (Metropol Parasol) and on the border between the Santa Cruz and Macarena neighbourhoods. It's surrounded by loads of tapas bars, and just 10-15 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The surrounding streets have some really interesting shops, and it's just a five minute walk to a great flamenco show (Casa de la Memoria). The hotel has a nice roof terrace bar with a great view of Setas. I'd definitely recommend it as a great place to stay and feel part of Seville.
I stayed here with my Mum and it was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very central and really easy to get to from the bus station. We were given a 2 for 1 voucher for a flamenco show which was a nice extra too. Room was small but clean and the roof terrace was a great place for a pre-dinner drink!
It was a wonderful trip to sevilla for the semana santa... until we have entered the bathroom and seen the bed. The bed sheets spotted. When we have asked to change the sheets we we've got the non cimplete set to change it by ourselves. Because there was only one man in staff at night, Hector. Whatever.. We have changed it by ourselves after speaking to Hector numerous times to get the full set of sheets. In the morning we asked to fix the bathroom problem, as the water didnt drain. We have told that this problem would be solved by our arrival. What a "surprise" that the bath was at the same condition with dirty water that doesnt drain... The other annoying thing was that they've charged 50% of the price before our arrival to the hotel, the so called free cancelation order. Please find anothet hotel to enjoy beautiful Sevilla.
The hotel has a fantastic location in the city centre, better to leave the car in a parking out of the red zone, rooms are clean, retrò and well equipped. The staff friendly and professional. Main attraction like Catedral and Alcazar at 20 min walking.
We stayed for two nights. The girls on reception were great. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were spotless but a little dark in decor. This made the already small rooms seem even smaller. Buffet breakfast was ok, but they could do better coffee. Rooftop bar was pleasant for early evening drinks. Carlos the barman is very good and chatty. If in Seville will stay again. Very handy for red bus tours and all the centre.
Good Hotel for city break, good value. We had a quiet room but it was very dark. It had a very small window facing the inner courtyard . The room was clean. Very comfy beds and pillows, nice shower and a mini fridge with water and snacks for when we arrived. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for its tea and coffee facilities in room. Unfortunately they no longer provide these. But we found an excellent cafe next door with amazing coffee for breakfast each morning. Would recommend this for a 3 night stay , good value, only really went back to the hotel to sleep, as there was so much to see in Seville.
Lovely few days in Seville Hotel is quite small but very nice. Staff helpful, rooms small but nicely furnished and adequate space - great shower. Location was very handy for everything. A 10-15 minute stroll to the cathedral. Plenty of eating and drinking places around. Terrace bar wasn't open much and although their advert was to come and have a gin and tonic on the terrace, the two times we went there they had no tonic, but apart from that everything was perfect.
It's my second time in Seville and this is a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are nice, if a little small, and the terrace is a good edition. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby which is good. I didn't really like the shower and the toiletries could have been better to cater to those visiting just with hand luggage but overall a pleasant stay. Fairly OK value for money, slightly expensive for what you get. Reception and bar staff friendly.
