Traditional, comfortable and value hotel

We were on a 1-night stopover in Seville with an early flight and Hotel Londres was absolutely perfect. Very friendly and easy check in & they met my request for a quiet room. Very central to bus station and airport shuttle and all the attractions of beautiful Seville on foot. Traditional little family operated hotel, comfortable, sparkling clean, good value and will certainly return.

The hotel is very basic and did not have many English speaking staff. The middle-aged receptionist was rude and confrontational. We specifically chose this hotel as check out was advertised as midnight. We had a late bus to catch making this check out time crucial for us to arrive back, shower and rest before leaving. Upon arriving, we were told that check out was at noon. The hotel management explicitly stated that the error was a mistake on Expedia's end and refused to accept any responsibility. After much negotiation, another staff member promised a slightly later check out at 2pm and exclusive use of the common room. This arrangement was still highly inconvenient as it interrupted our plans for the day and meant we did not have use of a room to shower and rest prior to us leaving. Although, it was not an ideal solution, we agreed as there were few alternative options and they did not offer a refund. The staff member assured us she would communicate this arrangement to all other colleagues. However, when we checked out the next morning, we were told we could not have the key to the common room and that we had to share it with other guests. The hotel management was also highly confrontational and refused to clarify with this misunderstanding with her staff, thus making a bad situation even worse.

Better than 1 star!

After a long journey I was starting to regret booking a 1 star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised on arrival. Staff were excellent, rooms were spacious and clean. I would rate this hotel a 3.5 star for sure. Would happily consider staying here if visiting Seville again.

The location was good and we found it quiet. The rooms on the website are very bright with large windows. Our room (206) didn't have any windows to the outside. There was one over the door to an internal corridor. The bathroom was dark, the shower very poor and the towels were thin. There is a lounge on the ground floor but this is used to store left luggage.

Great location

Hotel was easy to find and very conveniently located. Staff was helpful. Room was small but comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin. I literally heard a coin hit the floor through the wall. Thankfully it wasn’t very loud in the area and it has A/C you can turn that on for some white noise. Overall a convenient, comfortable budget hotel.

It is a decent hotel and good location but be aware of incredible acoustics of the building! You will more then you want!!! It just sounds like there is a paper wall between you and rest of the guests. No street noise just inside.

No windows?

Booked two separate rooms for two nights. Had these booked back in August, for a December stay. AFter the check in, we were given two rooms on different floors, which I was not happy with as my mother was staying alone on the ground floor next to the entrance. Neither the rooms had windows, which I believe is not acceptable, when the photos on the website indicate that the hotel has rooms with windows. The receptionist could not do more to help, but we had to cancel our reservation. The location is great and the hotel looks very nice from the outside. Easy to get to and close to public parking.

Not Like London but aok.

I very much enjoyed my stay, great neighborhood nr Art Museum. A booking mistake my final night resulted in me being moved to comparable B&B nearby. I was angry at first but it was an honest mistake generated by me asking to stay an extra night. Should have been caught, but in the end we shook hands. Aside from this kerfuffle I had a lovely stay and would do it again.

Great neighborhood, good hotel

Very noisy clean room Seville is beautiful had a great time sight seeing rented bikes did hop on n hop off ! Hotel hard to find but use land marks n u will find way . Weather was great lots good tapas good food good friends . Easy access for transportation ! People r very friendly n helpful if lost or language barrier. Good shopping great time

Great value and very good location

For the cost, cleanliness and location (not to mention free wifi and friendly staff) this hotel is hard to beat. It isn't new or fancy, but for a budget place it is great value. I stay in Seville every few months and will likely make this hotel my regular spot.

good location

A very clean room and bathroom though the bath needed replacing since it had suffered from much use so the surface was worn - albeit it was only usable as a shower. A good location for the old town and for access to the airport bus and coaches elsewhere. Sadly no proper window and, like so many hotels, the mattress protector was plastic so (a) the sheets slid around and (b) it makes you hot and sweaty. Not nice. But overall it was good value for money

Well located clean hotel

What a great find!! I booked 2 rooms for myself and family coming in from the UK. We agreed that the hotel was clean, friendly and in a great location within easy walking distance of all the principal attractions except the annual fair across the river. Price was good. Beds were comfortable and staff pleasant and helpful. Only negative - the rooms are very small so hard to find space for luggage, and the shower in our room did not attach to the wall so had to be hand held. The positives far outweighed the negatives during a short (2 night) stay.
