So close to everything here. Very firm beds but a small price to pay for the position and great value. Try Torres e Garcia across the road- great food. Close to Cathedral and Palace. Walking distance to most Seville sights.

This older hotel is perfectly located for seeing the best of Seville by foot. However be aware the walls are thin so it is a bit noisy, the beds are tired, and there is no bar or food on site. The staff is great and the place is charming, parking is very close. All in all a value.

This hotel is in a good location but is over priced. It's an old building and while charming at first glance noise travels throughout the building. Air conditioning is controlled at the front desk and I had to request it be put on more than once in a two day stay. I was not given an option of temperature or fab speed. I was travelling without reservations from day to day. Since I don't speak Spanish I asked the front desk if they would call a hotel for me. The hotel I mentioned was only just 12 miles away. I was told that they are not permitted to use the phone for that. She was kind enough to make the call using my cell phone.

Semana santa (Easter) Seville is one of the best places to experience the the parades, and as it all happens around the centre of the city and the Europa is really in the centre you could not be better placed. HOWEVER this is a one star Hostel with friendly helpful stall, no restaurant, no bar and in need of refurbishment. We had a view into the the central light source and the blank walls. A one star hostel with 4 star prices (yes I know that it was Easter) nonetheless I was expecting somewhere better for the price but reading the other reports we must have been given one of the less impressive rooms. I know this sounds like I am complaining but at Hostel prices it would have been better however not good value for the money we paid.

A smallish hotel in a wonderful location in a narrow street very near the Cathedral. Nice decor, the 3-bed family room is spacious & very friendly & helpful staff. Air-conditioned. No breakfast but plenty of places to have one nearby from Starbucks to the places the locals frequent. We stayed during Semana Santa, it's not on a procession route but all processions go via the Cathedral and during the Good Friday madrugada the Jesús del Gran Poder passed one street away, meaning we were back in bed 5 minutes later. (This matters: You can easily find yourself taking half an hour to cross a street during a procession - if you can cross it at all!)

In Seville for couple of nights and booked into Europa on the spot.Frontage ok but not impressive. Not expecting much.Got the Noisy Room..but was clearly told in advance by a very sweet young receptionist.Room was good and not so noisy. Booked separately the second night and was given a really nice room that was perfect and very good value. I like this hotel and especially liked the people. This manager knows how to pick fine staff.Good people, it seems, pick good people.Thank you Europa!

If you are visiting Seville and can get a room here then book it. You will not be disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel Is located in a really great area and is close to all the main attractions.

On a side street just north of the Cathedral, a little difficult to find by car despite the street signs ( driving Seville's streets is not for the faint of heart). Parking garage just down the road, for additional fee (and with a car elevator!). Hotel is in a great location for visiting Seville. Within a short walk to all the major sites, shopping, and restaurants. Despite this, a relatively quiet spot. The building is ornate inside, with antiques and ceramic tiles. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were not the most comfortable, bathroom was basic with all the needs. Storage in general (wall hooks? Towel racks?) was limited. WiFi was free and consistent

The price-quality ratio is not fair. The service is bad and inefficient. The air conditioning is adjustable only by the reception and that's a shame. The director is not very sensitive and interested in customer complaints and he does not have a professional attitude with his employees which are, unlike him, very efficient. The rooms are small and not at all modern with a bad taste in decor. The central location is the only positive thing but not worth staying in this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights in October and it was a great central location in Seville. The staff were lovely and helpful with everything we needed. The beds left a bit to the imagination, but they're the same as you get all around Europe so nothing to complain about. In general the decor was a bit heavy and dark for me, especialy in a lovely warm and bright city like Seville. In general it is slightly dated but also had some lovely tiling and metal work in the communal areas. I was disappointed there wasn't any outdoor space or a rooftop garden, but it seems quite rare for hotels in Seville to have that (if they do you pay more!). The noise from the next door room was quite loud at night as their bathroom shared a wall with our bed. It wasn't a huge deal but something to be aware of if you are an early sleeper. There were nice toiletries provided, but only a general soap/shampoo and no conditioner so byo. All in all I'd stay there again
