This lovely two-bedroom apartment is fully renovated and located in a 1st floor upstairs of an 1850 house with Andaluz Patio Central. The second floor offers a Huge Private Terrace with stunning Giralda Tower Views. The apartment has air conditioning and heating on all rooms and Complementary Wi-Fi for sure.



Apartment in typical Sevillian house with patio, situated in the historical and central district of Santa Cruz, which has capacity up to 6 people. Recently renovated, the house retains all the charm and quaintness of the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, located in the heart of Seville. Upon entering the house leads to a bright and sunny central Patio Andaluz, with features iron gates, wooden windows and white marble floor, filled with plants and flowers. This apartment was in a convenient location for all the popular tourist sites - including the Giralda Tower. It was on a quieter street for Santa Cruz, but still noisy on occasion. The apartment provided the basic amenities and was clean upon arrival. Our host was always nice, responsive and helpful.
